JDI Construction just finished our house remodel, it was a huge project as it was a total house remodel, JDI came in on budget, not a single detail was missed. The project took approx 3 months, the results , Stunning. The custom cabinets, granite, (JDI even put granite on the window sills) lighting in kitchen gives a warm welcome place to gather, the baths transformed into luxurious spas (all also updated to ADA compliant) , the laundry room now a lovely workspace, the living room/great room is a beautiful space with custom stone fireplace with maple slab mantle (Vald did outstanding job on the finish/fit), the entire house is truely our dream home. Our thanks to all craftsman, Art, Vlad, Alex, Bogdon, Eugene, David, Max and Violet, (sorry if I missed anyone). The entire job was seamless, communication excellent, there was never a hassle or any issues that you hear of so many times. JDI Construction knocked it out of the park. We love these guys. Prior to the pandemic we had geared up to do a large kitchen remodel. Finally, after 3 years we took the plunge. We came to the process with a design in hand, but JDI was the only contractor we meet with that seemed dialed in to current trends, listened carefully to what we were envisioning and included all the details in his bid. From start to finish Art and his crew were awesome. Excellent daily communication regarding each phase of the project, and all the subs were efficient, professional and took pride in their work. I knew from our first meeting Art was the type of person that would make sure all the details were just right. I would say 95 percent of the time we were on schedule or ahead of schedule! Our project was fairly extensive (wall removal, large picture window (additional engineering), extensive cabinetry and built ins, new modern smooth ceilings and bar tile work. We didn't go without any "hiccups" but they were always resolved as quickly as possible, and with great care to make sure things were completed to our satisfaction. Thank you for making our dream a reality. We love our new Modern Maple kitchen and are looking forward to future projects with Art & his crew!

Remodel of two upstairs bathrooms in 40 year old home. It took a bit longer than estimated because some of the tile was on backorder. But Isabella quickly found one that was very similar and readily available. During the design process Isabella was responsive to my input, and came up with a variety of layouts and material choices to fit within budget. Once started, someone worked at the house almost every day, all day at the time I was notified of the day before. The work by subcontractors was done extremely efficiently, professionally and clean. From demolition to plumbing to the glass for shower doors. Bogdan, the electrician, had his work completed, inspected and approved the same day, Andrei did an absolut beautiful job on the tile in the showers and floors. Everyone was very kind, friendly and worked so well together. Eric stayed on top of everything, always communicated promptly and left the place spotless. The transformation of the master bathroom was stunning, thank you to all of you for making this possible!

JDI Construction just completed our kitchen and living room design and remodel, including floor refinishing. The end results are stunning. Working with the designer was easy and the materials we ended up with are gorgeous. Working with this team was a pleasure and most parts of the project concluded ahead of schedule. We engaged with JDI to renovate our 15-year-old residence. JDI provided comprehensive services spanning from conceptualization to final execution for a complete home transformation. In January of 2023, after meeting with many other contractors, I met with Arthur from JDI Construction about a bid to remodel our two bathrooms. Arthur was personable and I was impressed with his knowledge. He spent time listening to ideas for the remodel and provided a very competitive bid, so we hired them. The process began with a meeting with our designer, Isabella. She was very talented and easy to work with. She listened to our ideas, made great suggestions and developed a vision for our bathrooms that was thoughtful, functional and beautiful. Once the designs were complete, Eric, our project manager, let us know what to expect and the project began. Eric and I communicated regularly and JDI did a great job following the timelines, project specs and whenever a hiccup occurred during the remodel of our 57 year old house, JDI resolved the issue quickly and fairly. This is not our first remodel project, so we knew that there would be issues that come up here and there. One thing we were not expecting was the outstanding response we had from our on-site manager Vlad. He is an amazing craftsman. He solved issues with creativity and skill. All of the subcontractors including electricians, plumbers and others were courteous and efficient. Overall, the projects came in on time, on budget and the bathrooms were more beautiful than we had imagined. If I owned a construction company, I would be proud to have Arthur, Isabella, Eric and Vlad on my team. The whole experience was great and I will hire JDI Construction in the future whenever we have a need. I highly recommend JDI Construction.

Our house was in need of a kitchen remodel that involved completely changing the layout of our kitchen, so my wife and I extensively researched the best construction/remodel companies around. We met with Art, one of the owners from JDI Construction, and were able to discuss the vision for our kitchen plans, budgetary needs and JDI's process with design and construction, and knew they were a perfect fit. JDI's designer, Denise, helped us outline the scope of work and crafted some kitchen layouts that perfectly fit our needs. Denise was incredibly knowledgeable and designed a kitchen that not only opened up more space for us, but also afforded us more cabinet storage and usable countertop space. Once the designs from Denise were locked in, our project manager, Eric, coordinated each step of the way through the remodel and was so communicative throughout the process so we understood what the crew was working on each day and when they would arrive at our house. I've never heard of a remodel that completed on time or on budget, but JDI managed to pull it off! We are extremely impressed with the end results and will be recommending JDI to anyone looking for any home remodeling or construction in the future.

JDI did a great job on our home renovations and garage remodel in Vancouver WA. Art offered us a competitive price and he, Eric, and Paul were honest and accommodating when it came to negotiating scope and options whenever complications came up. Their contractors were courteous and did quality work and both phases of our project (home and remodel) were ultimately completed on budget and came out looking great! Primary means of communication with JDI was via text. The home renovations (re-finished hardwood floors, new paint and trim, removal of old cabinets and more) were completed impressively fast and looked great. We did have some delays in communication on the second phase of the project but in the end JDI always followed through on their commitments and made sure we were happy with the result. I'm happy we chose JDI, would hire them again, and definitely recommend.

Art and his crew did a wonderful job with our bathroom remodel. Instead of having a bathroom totally open to the bedroom with no doors, with very dated materials and fixtures , it has been replaced with a private luxurious spa. We look forwards to using it everyday. Totally handicap accessible while looking beautiful bright and shiny. The craftsmen that did the job were very efficient and knowledgeable. Kept the house clean removing destruction material promptly.

JDI was a pleasure to work with. We went over the budget a little and Art was happy to help us make adjustments to get it back in line. Eric was a super efficient project manager and Vlad was unfailingly kind and considerate. Andrey's tile work was amazing. Art and his crew delivered exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a bathroom addition in our upstairs and we got that and so much more. After speaking to several contractors we landed with Art and JDI due to their craftsmanship, professionalism, and willingness to work with our vision. They stayed on budget and delivered an amazing product that we are extremely excited and happy about.

We did a complete home remodel using JDI construction. Remodel included all new LVP floors with baseboards throughout, all new interior doors including trim, window trim, complete guest bathroom with custom built vanity and cabinet heated tile floors, complete kitchen remodel with custom cabinets new countertop tiled backsplash vent hood lighting and custom built-in bar area with cabinets, added living room can lights, new ceiling fans in every room, add a few electrical outlets, complete master bathroom with new tile heated flooring walk in shower with custom glass door vanity and storage cabinet. Key points: ON BUDGET! (Not the cheapest, but they stick to there quote) In any extensive remodel things always come up. Art and his team have great customer service! If anything needs to be fixed or changed Art immediately had somebody on it, no questions asked and made sure we were satisfied. There were some delays due to supply issues from dealers but Art ensured our project was complete and done to our standards as quickly as possible. He made some suggestions for additional work. Some we accepted. If we said no there was no hassling. The tile guy he used did some of the best work I've seen. His electrician went above and updated outdated wiring to our ceiling fans. Overall we love our remodel!

This company is wonderful, they were always on time. They did an amazing job designing and remodeling our bathroom. Very easy to work with, and very fun people to have around. Very responsible and ethical. They got my bathroom done a few weeks sooner than expected, which is amazing! The work was superior with all the trades. I will definitely hire JDI for future projects. We recently remodeled our kitchen and met with three contractors before starting the process. During the bid process, Art from JDI was the most engaged and responsive. The bid, timeline, and Art's responsiveness ultimately led to us selecting JDI. Once we signed the contract, Art did an excellent job walking us through the timeline and what we should expect during the process. In our kick-off meeting, Art brought in a project manager to lead our project and was still in regular contact with us throughout the work. Our project manager was responsive, with most communication occurring via text. We also had a few in-person check-ins throughout. Whenever we had questions or concerns, the JDI team was good about responding and addressing those. Our project involved removing a wall to expand our kitchen, new floors, new cabinets, and new interior doors and trim. To be expected, there were a few hiccups here and there, but everything was resolved and taken care of promptly. We have heard stories of friends waiting months for issues to be resolved with other contractors. JDI is not one of those. They took care of everything quickly. We're so pleased with the final result. In fact more than pleased; thrilled! Every day in our new kitchen has been a joy, and we're very happy we selected JDI to do the work. We will definitely hire them for future projects and highly recommend them!

This company was such a pleasure to work with… they helped me see the vision I had and had a design specialist help me pick out what was needed… they were also so nice when I wanted to make a change . I’ve lived in my home now for a year and still love everything. I highly recommend this company

JDI Construction did a full remodal on our master bath, the work was outstanding, tile, glass doors, counter tops, flooring, paint. All was first class. The work was done approximately 1.5 yrs ago, the bath is so easy to care for, looks exactly like day they finished. ( we had JDI do smaller makeovers on other 2 baths, both are just as nice) looking forward to full remodal on next home as we are going to downsize in the very near future, you can't go wrong with JDI, the entire crew, from beginning to end were the best, looking forward to our next project, Gene & Becki Hatcher

JDI Construction did a fabulous job with completely remodeling our master bathroom! Art and his crew of professional craftsmen did everything from top to bottom...vinyl flooring, beautifully tiled shower (plus niches and seat) surrounding glass, brand new cabinets, plus a tall storage cabinet, quartz counter with sinks and backsplash, all new hardware, two lovely framed mirrors, new vanity lights, and the list goes on!
