Loved working with NG Platinum Homes and Nadine, no surprises during design or construction, her renderings were same as actual photographs, everything was planned and executed without any surprises. This is how everyone should do it. It's really not that hard when you look at it but she has a magic touch.

Superb work ethic and discipline, we talked to 3 different companies in the Woodlands. NG platinum homes really came out on top, they were extremely efficient and worked every day, job was completed on time and in the budget, crew worked everyday with a set lunch and start and finish time. Really surprised.

Headache free home renovations with a great design and construction team. Nadine is basically a celebrity in design world, when we sold our house agent knew her and put in the listing that kitchen was remodeled by Nadine. That by itself helped house sell faster according to our agent. I recommend NG Platinum Homes.

Completely different process compared to other construction companies. Three things I noticed 1- Timeline is short and there are no idle days however quality is still amazing 2- Communication is next level 3- Most of their guys are employees so if one can't be there someone else will, your project doesn't stop Highly recommended

We have been watching Nadine's design and construction tips on Youtube for a long time. When the time came to renovate our bathroom and kitchen we called and booked an appointment, one of her guys came out with some interesting piece of equipment that scanned our entire house, that part of the job was completed in 3 minu8tes and they had all the measurements and pictures of the house right in front of us, then he took notes about everything. If you never got a quote from NG, do it, you will be sold at the quote stage because you can see the difference, make sure you get multiple estimates so you can understand the difference. Their bathroom questionnaire is 14 pages long and it didn't leave any stone covered. Design and Procurement phase as they call it is really fun, you get to shop with her for a full day, when she walks in all doors open, she can have any showroom booked only for you, respect for her in the high end tile, lighting, hardware, countertop stores is amazing, you feel special going anywhere with her. Design was completed within a week and we got multiple 3d renderings of our space. All the measurements were in there too. Construction part was the easiest part for them as they like to call it. There is a timeline in their contract and if they go above it, they start owing you money so you can see they know their timelines Guys worked every day, we had a pre construction meeting and laid out all the ground rules, they were followed to a T. Nadine is not cheap however service is not like any other in Houston. Get some other estimates and you can really see the value

We got a great experience with Nadine and her team, not only she is an extremely talented interior designer but she also was here during every phase of the construction. The design and design ideas we got from her was world class. 3D renderings came out great. Overall construction lasted 3 weeks and that was a record breaking speed if you ask me. Her guys were cordial, respectful and kept our house as clean as possible. I would highly recommend Nadine

We found NG Platinum Homes through their Youtube channel, I watched almost all of Nadine's videos from Milan, Paris etc. First things first, construction was extremely well coordinated and finished in record time. There was never an idle hour let alone a day. But the best part of our experience wwas Nadine's design. Her talent is just leaps and bounds ahead of other designers in Houston area. We talked to a few known designers in the area and their portfolio is fine and dandy but bland. Same bathrooms, same tiles, same exact fixtures. She got us in touch with Popham design, which manufactures world's only hand made tile in Morocco and they follow Nadine on her social media, she got us tile that other designers had no clue that they existed. She got us a chandelier from Milano that was showcased in luxe magazine after a couple months. Best part is she was much more affordable than these other designers with 10 times the knowledge. If you are looking for a world class designer who can think outside of the box, she is your designer.

We found NG Platinum Homes from their Instagram account, booked an appointment and met with the sales team at our house, they took 3D pictures of the place and listened to our concerns, we had a few hard to meet demands and they were able to accommodate them in the design phase. Construction toook less than 3 weeks for our master bathroom, they were very clean and thorough, everyone was respectful and cleaned after themselves, you could tell this was not their first rodeo. Overall we had a pleasant experience, 2 weeks for design and 3 weeks for construction. Nadine was very helpful and talented, You can hire them for your bathroom any day.

Starting from day one, we knew this was a different company, they came for the initial consultation with three bags of equipment, they had a 3D scanner that they used to scan the entire bathroom before they even said a word to us, after scanning everything they uploaded the pictures to their computer and all the measurements were all there. Haley wrote down everything on a laptop while showing us pictures and educating us on different cabinet types, door types, even waterproofing materials. She left us a big folder that explained the entire process step by step. 24 hours later we got our quote in the email. After we approved the quote, they sent us a digital contract, we signed and next day Haley came and took us shopping for materials, she picked us up in a nice SUV, we went to the tile stores first, then ferguson, when it was lunch time we had a very nice lunch at a 5 star restaurant in the woodlands. We talked more about the afternoon shopping plans and went for countertop and lighting materials. Overall, it was a great day, i don't think there is any other company out there with this type of service. NG Platinum Homes won't start a project until everything is there, so we waited about 3 weeks for all materials to arrive, they came and checked on the plum,bing supplies to make sure everything ordered was there. They even brought grout, screws and smallest things that they were going to use in construction to avoid trips while working. They had initially told us our bathroom project would take 3 weeks, they finished in 19 days. There were never idle days, not one. Someone was working every day. Omar was there cleaning every day with a vacuum. Overall we loved it. Our bathroom looks great. I think Nadine's service is truly a white glove service you won't find anywhere else in the country. What contractor picks up their clients in company vehicle and wines and dines them while shopping for tile. This was money well spent and an experience.

We just started the remodeling process but I had to write a quick review. This review is for the design services offered by NG Platinum Homes. We hired them for our Kitchen and Master Bathroom. We have not worked with Nadine but her assistant Haley. If you are on the fence about working with NG Platinum Homes, call them! You will love the what they call 5 phases of a renovation. Construction is only the last part of this thing and according to them, it's the easiest part. I did A LOT OF research before selecting NG Platinum Homes, and every person I have come in contact with so far has been very professional and knowledgeable and patient. After the initial consultation, Haley was assigned as my designer. She has been fantastic! First she took care of the procurement, we got good discounts using their vendors. I could not ask for a more patient designer. Talented, responsive, and great to partner with. They have some interesting ools like a matterport and we had access to the whole process in a 3D virtual tour. You can literally walk inside your design to make sure everything is how you wan them. Haley made what could have been a very stressful design process enjoyable and quick. I cannot wait to see it all come together. I will do a separate review of the construction phase (phase 5) once it is complete.

We hired NG Platinum Homes after hearing about Nadine on Instagram of a kitchen renovation she did, we called her and she sent us her assistant to take pictures and measurements. Next day she called us and arranged a meeting at our house, she discussed all kinds of layout changes and we decided on a final plan that day. A few days later she sent us a design, we loved the design and went shopping to several showrooms for materials. She is a talented designer, we used other designers before but her talent is next level. She gave us a timeline of coupple weeks for all cabinet productions and were in touch with us daily. Entire kitchen was completed in 22 days. Crew was amazing, Project Managers were respectful and easy to work with. If you need design help, she will listen to you and not try to steer you in the wrong direction. We will hire her again. Cheryl

We were referred to NG Platinum Homes by a friend. We were looking to get all the secondary bathrooms remodeled. After initial consultation at our house, they left us a folder with previous job pictures and a step by step guide of the next steps, they emailed us a quote after one day. They have a different approach to construction and it was very efficient. After approving their quote, Nadine met us in our house and listened to our ideas, we then went shopping with her. She took us to some very nice tile shops that we had no idea about. After shopping for the fixtures, wall color, sink, faucets and tile we called it a day. Two days later Nadine had our design with our picked materials. Construction started after they received all the items. We were done with construction within 2 weeks and i was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the crew and their respect for our house. Quality is top notch. Everything is symmetrical as she checked on them everyday. Project Manager James was very courteous and punctual. They notified us a day before making any excessive noise which was during the demo. They finished that in one day. This is a great company and she runs things very efficiently.
