We recently had Premier complete a basement/rec room remodel in our home. From the initial design through to project completion they did an outstanding job, and we were and continue to be elated with the results. All staff with whom we interacted were courteous, professional, reliable, and very attentive to our needs and questions. They all demonstrated a great work ethic and pride in their work. Along every step of the way, we were always kept well informed in regards to completed tasks as well as what was coming next. The project was completed in a timely fashion, and within budget. There were no surprises. We would highly recommend Premier! Thanks again for a job well done. Everyone that has visited and seen our new basement has been highly complimentary.

From design to completion Premier was able to handle all of our needs. We completely gutted our Kitchen, living room, dining room, office, hallways, in floor heating etc. Premier was the only company we interviewed that could provide a full 3D model, completely broken down with all components and pricing, with the ability to make changes and understand the costs involved. Demo was amazing, they spent the extra time to make sure every nail and staple was pulled. They were always in communication weekly such that any delays were anticipated well in advance, not to mention any changes that required our input. Most importantly they stuck to budget and the quality of the work and the communication to achieve perfection was there. The designer, coordinator and contractors were always in communication preventing any details/changes from falling through the cracks or being missed. I have had the privilege of previously building a home, renovating a home and now renovating the forever home for the final time. I can say without a doubt, that the Premier TEAM is truly a team that is there to provide the best service possible in each and every way. If you are debating going with a single contractor (that does not include design and overseeing all selections and GC of the project) and price is your main motivating factor, for marginally more money Premier is worth consideration to tackle any battle that you might otherwise have with a supplier, trades person or change to the original design. Bottom line, this is a company on the rise with a young and energetic feel and is in touch with all of the latest and greatest materials, while working with you, your budget and the era of your home. Premier worked with us in the design and development of our new kitchen. The project timelines were extended, however it was something we had already prepared ourselves for given the research we put in on large kitchen reno projects. The Premier staff updated us regularly on the process and met with us to ensure we were satisfied with all the finer details. Premier stayed within our agreed budget. The contractor's from Premier were courteous and hardworking. Our home was left each day in as tidy of manner as could be expected. Premier also worked with us to change the adjoining rooms to our kitchen to ensure flow and transitioning matched. We love our new kitchen, thank-you Premier!

Hired Chris and the team at Premier to complete a kitchen / whole main floor renovation. Charles (Designer) was great to work with and helped turn our vision into reality. We are very happy with how our house turned out and how Premier handled the project. Any questions or issues I had during the design or construction phases were always answered and addressed to my satisfaction. Would and have recommended them to family and co-workers.

The group at Premier Kitchen & Bath was great to work with. We used them to renovate a few areas of our house, most notably a complete mudroom redesign, our master bathroom shower, and a bar and ledge area. Any issues that we encountered during the renovations were handled quickly and issues were resolved in a collaborative manner with our input. They were honest with any mistakes that cropped up along the way, and adjusted their plans to ensure commitments were delivered upon. The project timeline was a little longer than initially anticipated, but some of that was due to unforeseen issues that popped up. They were very professional, trustworthy, courteous and quick to respond to our concerns when we brought things forward. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

We recently redid our main bathroom and kitchen with Premier and I am very pleased with the finished product. Their designer Charles was there every step of the way to help choosing colours and finishes that would go well together. The project finished on time and would have been on budget if not for some upgrades we made along the way. I would definitely recommend the team at Premier.

I work with Premier Kitchen and Bath on a regular basis and find them great to work with. I have nothing but nice things to say about Shay and Charles. They're always calm even when situations out of their control arise and are always pleasant and professional. I totally recommend PKB for any project!

I would recommend Premier to anyone designing a kitchen or bath. They take pride in their work and have a hands on approach. This group is well educated with what will fit well in your home in regards to function while still managing to keep the Wow factor with the design.
