Wes Rogers and his team were incredible. My project started as a kitchen remodel, then evolved to a bathroom, interior doors, and more. Wes and his team were able to pivot with each change I added and create something amazing. He was very responsive and transparent throughout the entire process. I highly recommend TBH Sterling.

We had the pleasure of working with TBH Sterling on converting a dated 1960s kitchen and dining area in to an open concept. We met with several contractors before we decided to go with TBH. The owner, Dave Maxum, worked with us for over a year while we went through our own planning and design process. He checked in periodically and offered assistance. When we finally made decisions, Dave worked with us to narrow down our budget and allowed us to do some of the work ourselves, always willing to give advice when needed. Throughout the three month process we found the TBH team to be outstanding - completely professional and respectful at all times. We felt very safe with them in our house. We were particularly appreciative of David Cleeton, who was in our house every day of the remodel. His attention to detail, insight and workmanship were so important to the overall outcome, which we are thrilled with. As with all remodels, we ran into some issues, primarily with subs, but TBH was quick to rectify the situation to all of our satisfaction. To us, this was the single most important quality that sets them apart from others. We can’t recommend TBH Sterling highly enough!

Dave and TBH team have completed two awesome remodels at out house-an IKEA kitchen and a bathroom. We were so pleased with the quality of work on the kitchen that we had them begin a bathroom remodel when we were out of town. (THAT is trust...!) Both projects presented challenges (1927 era home). Dave was very good at troubleshooting and providing great solutions. He was especially helpful about space saving ideas for both the tiny kitchen and bathroom. The quality of his work is excellent. Dave cares about his company and his reputation, and personally inspected and adjusted things he felt needed improvement. His permanent team is equally qualified, easy to work with, and very considerate of homeowner's space. All financial business is clear and above board. He is also a good communicator and quick to respond to inquiry. I have recommended him to many folks and will continue to do so. Believe it or not, TBH made remodeling FUN. I don't think you can go wrong with Dave in charge of your project.

We went with TBH Sterling, Inc. (owner/contractor, Dave Maxum). Projects: Complete bathroom remodel down to the studs. Additional jobs: rewiring much of our home, painting several interior rooms, replacing some exterior window trim Pros: Stayed within budget. We extremely pleased with end product\s Dave Maxum has excellent communication skills; he listened to what we said and responded appropriately to our questions on same day; easy to reach by text/email/phone. Provided valuable resources (online and brick & mortal shops) where we could view and select desired hardware, lighting, counter tops, flooring, etc. Workers were efficient, and organized. Advice: Have a vision; be patient since jobs sometimes take longer than what you may expect; ask questions; find someone you can work with. Dave has a Zen like quality that made the journey somewhat tranquil and any issue that came up manageable. TBH Sterling, Inc is a company I would recommend.

Dave and his team have helped us with two separate houses and have been great. He is realistic with budget expectations and for both homes, they delivered on budget and on time. We get tons of compliments on the work and love our home!

Hired TBH Sterling for our kitchen renovation project. They did a great job, followed the schedule, showed up on time, were very professional and considerate, and always quick to respond whenever we had any questions. We are very happy with the result, and love our new kitchen. Will most probably call them for our next home improvement project.
