“Hi. I am a realestate agent & love selling beautiful homes. Andrea - the owner of ADM just re-modeled a listing of mine - I am telling you it went from dated to fabulous in a couple of weeks! She & her team did a wonderful job & are so easy to deal with. I have had the house on the market 1 day & already have a very interested buyer & several showings booked. “We had to renovate our basement after several leaks in our foundation appeared. After we had those repaired we chose Jim and his team to redo the space because of his vision as to what our basement could look like. He was also available quickly and had a very reasonable quote. At first we were worried about his quality as we have been told to be cautious of contractors who can start quickly (why do they not have any work?), but quickly found out we were just lucky in our timing. The workers were very courteous, clean and reliable. If anything came up that needed changing, they would check with us first and let us know if there would be an extra cost. Few things cost us extra and they delivered on time, early in fact. The quality of the work was much better than we had expected. It was excellent. Anything that was recommended by Jim turned out to be the right decision and we were glad we listened to his advice. In the end, we ended up with an amazing basement for the family to enjoy.
