“We are currently working with Ginny Osborne, a designer at Graves Lumber. She is the designer who works with our builder. We currently live in Massachusetts and are building a home in the Cleveland area and communication is essential for this project. We are in the middle of the building process, and Ginny designed cabinets for a kitchen, master bath and second bath before we met with her. At our meeting, she listened to our needs, showed us a number of options in cabinets, cabinet companies Graves Lumber carries and gave us a new design we think will be what we are looking for in our new home. Within 48 hours she had e-mailed the modifications. She gave us cabinet color samples of the two companies we were interested in using. When we had a question this past weekend, we wrote an e-mail to her on Sunday evening. Within an hour, she gave us a response. Wow! What can we say? She listens, she cares and she follows through. If we wanted to make modifications again, she would clearly do all she could to make that happen for us. We have confidence as the project continues, she will be with us all the way making sure our needs are met and we are completely satisfied with our choices.
