“My husband Tom and I relocated from Chicago and we decided to buy the model home in a new development. Even though the home was complete and beautiful, we wanted to do more with the backyard space. Cynthia listened to our outdoor kitchen ideas, and to our envisioned dreams; she understood immediately, went outside and began planning. She even offered ideas (such as the radius and shape for the bar top) that we hadn’t considered. Cynthia continued to show her expertise when we picked out materials. After the project began, we immediately hit a roadblock with our HOA. Cynthia patiently offered redesigns of our original drawing in order to please us and to satisfy HOA requirements. She remained engaged throughout and when we later ran into a snag with the contractor, she stepped in to ensure the design would be completed as promised.
