No small feat with the amount of heavy rock and concrete they moved. Clean up was outstanding at the end of each work day. One neighbor has already hired them,another says he is going to, and a third is really disappointed in the results of the other company he chose.”

“I hired Tom to design and build our gunite pool based on recommendations from the firm that did our landscaping. In my experience, pool builders are a sketchy bunch - I called no fewer than 4 companies for quotes. 2 never even bothered to show up to quote, 1 spent an hour measuring and never came back with a quote, and the final one was at my house for 10 minutes, wrote a number on a piece of paper and handed it to me - no details on equipment, lights, etc. Just a number and he left. Tom showed up numerous occasions to discuss the pool's function (are you doing laps, playing with kids, just floating with a drink?), and ultimately he's the one we hired. He hit every deadline, kept every promise, and has done a truly professional job for us. I probably could have spent less, but I am sure we would have paid in the end in lesser equipment, lesser quality, and more headaches. Pay now or pay later is what I always find in construction. I have done numerous construction projects at my home over the last twelve years and have been fortunate to have worked with a phenomenal general contractor who really set some high standards. Knowing my standards and expectations, my contractor recommended Armond Aquatech to build our pool. Building our pool was one of the smoothest projects I have ever been through, which would not have been expected as my general contractor was onsite at the same time building the pool house while Armond was constructing the pool. Armond and my contractor were able to work seamlessly together to get the project done. Armond Aquatech started the project on time. Mike was on site just about every day of the pool construction to make sure that all elements of the construction were handled appropriately. If there was a problem during construction, he personally addressed it. We were swimming by Memorial Day having started construction in only March. Mike was able to coordinate not only the pool construction, but also our fence installation. He also assisted with the construction of a river boulder retaining wall for the back side of our pool-all of which turned out terrific. When I am looking to hire a contractor, I expect someone who is reliable (shows up on time and on a consistent basis), trustworthy, does good work and stands behind their work, keeps the jobsite clean and has employees onsite who adhere to these same standards. I felt that Armond met all of these qualities and I would not hesitate having them do more work at my home or recommending them to others. While they may be slightly more expansive, having done so much construction at my house, I truly believe that you get what you pay for and that this slight increase in cost is worth every penny.”

Genesis takes the time to understand what you want and then they work in concert with all of the vendors to make sure everything is done on time. For example, they make sure the permit guys show up when things are done, rather than doing them and then calling the permit guys, same with plumbing, they make sure the plumbing guy is scheduled to show up when he is needed so that the project remains on schedule.
