“Dan Steigerwald of Designscapes and his team provided us with a complete design and installation of our back yard garden that included a new pool, limestone patio with several levels and a bbq island, complete landscaping, and lighting. We could not be more enthused and excited as we look out at our paradise. The professionalism that Dan, his quality control man, Jerry, and their crew exhibit is not matched anywhere. They are completely committed to ensuring the project stays on time (where weather permit), on budget, and that the client is happy. In addition, Dan is very easy to work with and accepting of changes, taking them in stride to make sure things are done right and everyone is happy. We truly have a magazine spread quality result....don't be surprised if it is photographed for a magazine!!!”

“We have engaged Outdoor Lifestyles for several projects on our property. From the beginning discussions about design, Drew Kenny was enthusiastic and offered creative ideas. Reasonable budgets and clear timelines upfront were appreciated and helpful to us. Once the work began, it was clear everyone involved in the project were true professionals. “I have had the pleasure to know Bebe (Gardens by Design) for over 20 years. She has transformed my gardens into displays of artwork. She tirelessly designs, picks out planting’s and many other details which are too numerous to mention. She does it all. Her staff also maintain my gardens better than I can. What sets her apart from anyone else is she is always thinking of how the design will affect or compliment the environment. She uses all organic organisms to solve any pest issues that may arise. I would highly recommend Gardens by Design.”

“Dede Delaney and Redtwig Garden Design have been working with me on our gardens since 2010. Redtwig has installed a cottage style front border featuring native species and herbs, a cutting garden, a shade border under spruce and white birch, and a blueberry and cranberry border on our pond, a lilac and peony border and provided maintenance and upgrades to existing areas. Dede is always mindful of our budget and has arrived and completed projects in a timely manner. Her suggestions are always helpful, her designs are impactful, her attitude is willing and cooperative. It will be my pleasure to continue working with Dede and Redtwig Garden Design -- I have recommended her to family and friends -- they have been equally pleased and impressed.”

“Jason and Tara, the principals of Shine On Design, are very responsive to their clients’ needs and go out of their way to find creative solutions. We have hired them for a huge garden remodeling project; Jason was hands-on in making sure we would have a serene landscape environment to enjoy. They continue to be our gardening and design service. We live on the east end of Long Island where choices of such services abound - we highly recommend them for their competent and personal service.”

“We interviewed several landscaping contractors for some fairly large projects at our home in Madison, CT. We wanted a row of 15-20 foot evergreens planted, the patio pavers extended around the pool, a french drain dug, masonry around the hot tub, epic amounts of mulching and general landscape maintenance. Of those we interviewed, Mr. Langer was the most knowledgeable and professional, helping us to visualize possible plantings and revise as often as we needed. His cost was fair. The work was completed on time or ahead of schedule, and we are thrilled with the quality. He heads up an excellent team and we are very pleased with the job that Langer Landscaping accomplished. I highly recommend this business it's fair to say that I would hire them again -- we plan to make additional improvements and look forward to working with Mr; Langer and his team.”

“Wayne and the sweetbay team worked with me over a period of 2 years to plan and execute a landscape transformation project that looks simply stunning. The plans included new decking, pool installation, landscaping, outdoor shower, driveway installation, and fencing. Wayne and his team were always very professional and their work and craftsmanship were second to none. Wayne collaborated with me on my ideas and made them a reality.”
