Matthew has an excellent spirit, which we noticed right from the start and all the way through the project. We had done some contractor shopping and when they had come to look at our home, they took the time to offer a number of ideas and options and you could see they cared about us and our home and not just getting the job. They provide professional design services and take the time to step back and have a bigger vision while still offering flexibility for what works for the client. They are great listeners, patient, thinkers, and creative in the decision process, with a vast amount of experience both in design and what is durable and cost effective. “I hired Kyle to provide some artistic renderings for our existing tennis courts complex, he was able to provide several great renderings which I used in my presentation to our board and as a result I was able to secure funding to proceed with the project. I am sure without the work Kyle did for me I would not have persuaded the board to proceed with the project. “I was so fortunate to hire Mary-Jo to design my backyard. She designed an exquisite backyard with a wide variety of plants, interesting elements like trellises, arbor, stepping stones and large stones. It was so natural looking and artistic. She was very involved when the design was implemented by Earth Art Landscapes - before, during and after the work. She ordered the plants from the nursery/grower and was at my home when the plants were delivered and helped when the plants were placed in the ground. The backyard looks like an oasis - interesting and beautiful from every angle. I can't wait to see what it would look like in a few years. I am so glad I hired Mary-Jo. I am a happy, thankful customer. I highly recommend Mary-Jo.”

“I found Joanne's contact after a Google search and some of the reviews on this site prompted me to call her. We first met her in the summer of 2015 .. she was professional, first wanted to understand what we wanted to achieve with regards to our backyard project and then gave her suggestions and drew out a plan that both me and my wife loved. We asked her to recommend contractors. Needless to say, she loves what she does and it is reflective in the way our entire project was handled. She worked with the contractor and was onsite when the plants went into the ground. We are extremely satisfied customers and have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone.”

“My home has a new life after STC Builders completed a much needed walkway, patio and deck overlooking our pool. I was looking at before and after photos, and my home looks wonderful. I am so greatfull that I hired Joe and Domenic. I have had othet trades come to my home that would leave such a big mess or take so much more needed time to comlete a project. What a relief to have an honest hard working team in our area. They answered any questions I had on the spot and always re-assured that everything was under control. “We would like to thank Greg, Chris, Dwayne, Jose and Ashley for their amazing and creative hard work! We have dealt with a number of contractors in the past and ended up unsatisfied at times as we felt that our needs were misunderstood or when the finished product was not of the promised quality. But for Greg Hogan’s team really heard us!!! From the design of our backyard to the timing and handling of our backyard project. They incorporated the things that we needed, to the things we wanted. ALL within our budget!! They reviewed everything to the grading and made suggestions to solve problems beyond our expectations!! As owner, Greg really communicated well with his team to advise us of considerations throughout the project! Dwayne and Jose were foreman and employee on our job! What a pleasure it was to greet them in the morning before we left for work to in the evening when we returned home! it was great to have these 2 gentlemen working in our home space. They were professional, pleasant, detail oriented and experts in their trade! We are so looking forward to working with Greg, Dwayne and Jose on our front yard next year!!!”

“My wife and I live in a subdivision where the houses look pretty similar to one another and making your house stand out from the rest can be quite a challenge. We were tired of looking like all the rest and had seen some of the other projects Tumber and Associates had worked on and were very impressed. We hired Tumber and Associates to redesign our front landscape, and while our project was relatively small in scale, the impact was huge! We have gone from run- of the- mill to outstanding. The design even included a private seating area that we never would have thought of doing ourselves, but we use this feature often. Planting choices, hardscape materials and wood accents all contribute to a unique and visually pleasing flow to the entire front landscape. People passing by our house continually stop and comment on the beautiful transformation of our front yard. The crew that worked on our design from start to finish were knowledgeable, courteous and professional in every sense of the word. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to stand out from the crowd. They provided good value and a very pleasant experience for my wife and I that we will remember for years to come.”
