Communication, from start to finish, is a major issue with this company. Green Guys made construction decisions that impacted our final cost without consulting us. Length of project was double the projected timeframe due to delays in asking for our preferred selection of materials. When materials were delivered, they were incorrect. Our concerns regarding the construction were blown off, and when we had a problem, while still under warranty, our calls were not returned. Three years later, we are facing a costly repair. If we could do it all over again we would go with another company as there are many better options in town.
