This review is absolutely not supported by the text transcripts of our business dealings. Most importantly the writer fails to mention that his work was scheduled during some of the rainiest weather experienced in the last ten years. The sod farms were closed over two weeks and during that time it was also not uncommon for sod to be scheduled only to have it cancelled at the last minute due to multiple inch downpours. The writer was furnished the name and number of the very large and reputable sod farm with which we do business to verify that the farm was not cutting and that his sod had in fact been ordered. In fact, the Un-weather related fact that his property was completely prepped by us is no where mentioned either. We did install one pallet of sod and knowing the client traveled a lot, texted that we wanted to make sure that the irrigation would come on daily. He never responded so before putting down more sod we made the fifty mile round trip to see how the first sod was doing. We found that an additional pallet had been laid without telling us. First no response about the irrigation and then ,thank goodness we hadn't shown up with two pallets of sod or we would have had a wasted pallet to dispose of. The most labor intensive part of the project is the prep work for which we charge forty dollars a pallet. We would not do it that cheaply if we weren't doing the sod. By doing one pallet with sod he said he was given,the entire calculus of the project was thrown off. The failure of the reviewer to mention anything about the extraordinary weather conditions which were the primary source of delay constitutes an egregious omission since the customer was well aware of that as the rain out at virtually all sod farms during this period . You be the judge. I think it's pretty easy to see that we were dealing with someone who is less than straightforward. Courts order people to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth because they know that leaving out significant facts renders the testimony given so much distorted as to constitute perverication. Clearly that is what is going on here.
