My initial thoughts when booking this project with RyCoe were nothing but positive and I truly believe now it was not done on purpose. It took a while for the guys to come out, but I waited patiently anticipating the final product. The end result came out great until weeds started popping up everywhere. My husband kicked the mulch and we both realized landscape paper was never placed under the mulch like it was talked about AND I PAID FOR. I reached out to Ryan in hopes this would get fixed, and he did respond to me stating that he would look into it and get back to me. It has been 8 months with no communication at all. I wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt, but it feels like I got scammed. I had even originally asked if they could just use the landscape paper that I had bought since I already had it and I was told no. I paid for a product and service (that was very expensive) and did not get at ALL what I paid for. I am extremely disappointed and will never recommend this company to anyone.”
