Concision Remodel & Construction LLC
Dry Well Contractors in Bryant
“I recently re-acquired my rental property from a renter of 7 years. The damage was extensive, and the care needed to fix was out of my abilities. I hired Concision Remodel & Construction to renovate. The business owner, Qian Li and his crew were very professional, and the quality of their work was exceptional. Qian Li was always available to answer questions and address concerns. They completed my property on time, and have exceeded my expectations in every way.
I had so many prospects wanted to sign the lease right after they toured the house!
It’s absolutely essential to have an honest, hardworking contractor who delivers on their promises and obligations.
I definitely will contact Concision Remodel & Construction when the time comes as I have someone to rely on!”

“Jacob worked with us on planning our backyard project, and was very patient and professional as we changed our design a few times. Jacob was very helpful, making recommendations based on our budget.
The Dreamscapes team installed a garden wall to raise the length of my sloping backyard. The 3 foot high stone wall has some curves and includes stairs making it easier for us to tend to our garden without having to climb the wall. They also installed pavers for a nice addition to our smaller patio, this makes for a nicer foundation when we entertain family and friends.
We are extremly happy with our beautiful backyard Oais. We will definately use their services again and highly recommed them.”
PNW Drain Pros
Dry Well Contractors in Bryant
“After months of planning we lost our contractor weeks prior to renovating our kitchen and main living space. We had appliances and cabinetry purchased with set delivery dates and were in a panic - walls needed to move and beams needed to go up. Fractal Renovations was recommended as a local company by Houzz. Blake responded to our Houzz inquiry within 1 business day, and was on site reviewing our project within the week. We were impressed at his willingness to the take time to listen to us and comprehend the scope of our project. He was attentive to all our communication both call, text, email throughout our project. Fractal's team of craftsmen were kind and easy to work with. With any old home once you open walls there are hurdles and challenges to work through. We felt that Fractal kept us in the loop, and guided us through our renovation with their expert opinions to help create a complete transformation of our space. Attached are pictures of previous kitchen and completed project.
In 14 weeks Fractal completed all demolition, installed a 22 foot beam to span the room (allowing us to remove 3 walls), added a window and exterior door, adjusted/shifted 4 interior door ways, managed all plumbing and electrical, completed all drywall work, painted all interior walls, placed new baseboard throughout the house, and received and assisted with install of appliances.
We highly recommend working with Blake and his team.”

A & J Retaining Walls
Dry Well Contractors in Bryant
“Large concrete Patio on uneven, sloped terrain with large retaining wall. Jas and his crew were extremely hard and fastworkers, working through horrible weather and took advantage of a short window of dry weather to lay the concrete. I would absolutely use them again and plan to invite them back to do my driveway next year.”
Living Earth Landscapes
Dry Well Contractors in Bryant
“We recently hired Bill Bowlus with Living Earth Landscapes to design our front yard and are extremely pleased with the result. We had some ideas (add several large boulders, use only plants that are easy maintenance with open mulched space in between), but didn’t know how to put it all together. The fact that we wanted to bring in large boulders complicated the process for us since not all landscapers who can suggest and arrange nice plants are also adept at bringing in and placing large boulders. Since the two processes would have to be coordinated before placing large rocks, we needed one person who could handle it all.
What we liked about Bill:
1) His design ability.
He listened to what we wanted (besides our ideas, we had some photos from yards we’d seen) and designed it even better than we had envisioned. He sent several plant and tree lists for us to choose from and we had lots of questions about these which he patiently answered after our various trips to different nurseries to see them in person. He brought out the larger plants and we worked together on placing these and marking the spaces for large rocks until we agreed on the design. The day of the rock placement (with large cranes), Bill expertly directed the placement, tuning rocks on their sides and digging them in to look like they were naturally protruding from a hillside and seeming larger than they were, thus we were able to get by with smaller rocks that still looked significant.
2) His plant knowledge.
Though we had our own ideas, Bill was able to help us stick with just plants that are known to be currently successful in our climate while still meeting our criteria for the look we were after. He adds new plants and drops off old plants from his suggestion list based on how harsh the winters have been lately (the snow last year made him drop a few items from the list). I liked knowing we were getting the hardiest specimens that met our criteria since I don’t want to have to baby any plants. He steered us away from trees we’d seen in neighbors’ yards because the size they would get in our timeframe would not work well.
3) His reasonable prices.
We had gotten another bid and we were having trouble getting back in touch with the contractor whose price was higher (and whose ideas we didn’t care for). Bill gave us a price range for each of our 3 separate bids (we added on a nice flagstone path and a separate drip irrigation system) and the final prices for each were always in the middle—and usually closer to the lower end of the range--for each of the 3 projects. The cost for the landscaping, including rocks, trees, plants and of course the design work, was $9500. We opted to add on the path later since we felt the price for the landscaping was reasonable.
4) His quick response to questions.
We’ve worked with various contractors who drive you crazy by not getting back to you in a timely manner, especially when you need information to make a time-sensitive decision. Bill was great about answering questions quickly so we could proceed.
We would highly recommend Bill for any of your landscape design needs.”
Bear Creek Landscaping , LLC
Dry Well Contractors in Bryant
“I have used Mike Clifford for over 17 years and he is by far one of the best landscapers in the business. We have lived in 3 houses in the Pacific NW and each time Mike's company would design our landscaping. The design is exceptional and the results are even better. His team is simply outstanding. He has done large projects for me including massive 3 acre designs to small things and he always sweats the details.
His last job for us was a completely redesigned (and badly needed) driveway which is now the talk of our whole neighborhood.
You will never go wrong with Mike Clifford and Bear Creek Landscaping.”
Pacific Paver Co
Dry Well Contractors in Bryant
“We contacted Pacific Pavers to do a walkway, small retaining wall and some steps on a steep grade. Rick was very responsive and we were able to meet up the next day. Rick was helpful with design ideas and we agreed on a price and start date.
Rick and his crew showed up on time and did a great job over the multi-day project. Crew was easy to have at our home, very nice and worked hard, did a great clean-up each day.
Job completed, very happy with the job done!”
