My name is Phylicia Moreland and I am the owner and operator of Four Oaks Landscape. I was blessed to open business to Tulsa and surrounding areas in 1997. I have about 30 years of experience in lawn and landscape maintenance, landscape design and business. I have approximately 25 years under my belt in Garden ponds and water features. Hardscaping and pathway building about the same as in my aquatic skills. I love working with the lay of the land and enhancing it to meet your personal desires. My capabilities in drainage and storm water issues go back about 27 years. When attending the Women in Green Industry Conferences I always enhance my knowledge in water harvesting and drainage plus alot more. I am also knowledgeable in Irrigation and capable of repairing breaks and providing seasonal maintenance to your system, Etc. My company is based on the belief that my customers' needs are of the utmost importance. My team and I are committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. There are things that also need done in a landscape project that we do not do but I have a full list of trusted contractors that I sub appropriate work to. So just know we have you covered!
