“We are more than pleased with the work Martin did for us. We had just added a circular driveway to the front of the house and had 3 areas that required landscaping. I had a few ideas but I’ve never had a green thumb so wanted to get professional help. He responded quickly and was able to come by the next day. He not only listened to my ideas but helped expand them. He also was able to evaluate the soil and gave recommendations to improve it that we still use annually. “We recently enlisted quotes from 5 landscapers to rip out, replace all of old shrubbery as well as our concrete walkway and rear patio to be replaced with pavers. Quite an extensive and expensive undertaking Out of all the companies contacted, Mike Wambaugh from Waterfall Gardens responded within a day to survey the area and returned with a few days with a color computer drawings and pictures with descriptions of all the trees and shrubbery as well as catalogues with the recommended pavers. His design of the patio was exactly what I had in mind while the others didn't offer anything of the sort. We decided to complete the job in 2 phases; the font in the fall and the rear in the spring. I couldn't believe how fast and efficient they were; everything was completed in about 4 days. Mike was gracious enough to complete a few extra projects at no charge such as moving all of the extra dirt to back for future grading projects and incorporating 2 dry wells to hide the drainage of our front spouting drainage. Truly a 5 star project.We look forward to completing the project in the spring so I can enjoy the patio,”

“Brian and Fernando are without a doubt the best of landscaping/hardscaping professionals I could have found to undertake my project and bring it to completion within budget and speedily. The project included removing a leaning wood and timber retaining wall adjacent to an existing parking lot and structure which spanned approximately 80', anchored by a right angle corner and running uphill with a transitioning curve deviating at midpoint about two to three feet. All in all, not an easy fix but accomplished beautifully. In and out, all done in about a week and a half. I can't say enough about the owner, Brian, and his able assistant, Fernando, and the skills they brought to the job to create and complete in such a beautiful fashion. Brian has all my future work (an additional span of about 90' and a staircase) which I know will be done in the same manner. If you have a large or small design and build problem for your property, tight landscape and tighter budget, these fellows are the way to go.”

“We had a great experience with New Outlook Landscaping! The men that came to do the needed work were professional, thorough, and skillful. We had mulch put on a big bank in the back of our yard, all our flowers beds mulched all around the house, a tree trimmed, a new garden dug around a tree and it all looked beautiful when they left. They totally cleaned up after themselves too! Luke Hanmar the owner is a very pleasant man and nice to deal with. He cares about doing a good job.”

I was able to schedule my initial consultation with their landscaping designer right on their website and was also able to pay my final bill online. Being a mother of 3 (and one child being a newborn) this was huge for me. Jason came up with a beautiful design for our home, always went over things in person with me, and was conveniently reachable quickly by email as well.
