“We worked with Garden Gate on two major yard renovation projects, in summer 2008 and fall 2010. From concept to completion, the entire team and experience, led by designer Cathy Carr, was first rate. I would describe us as "involved" clients and our input and feedback was welcomed throughout--including thoughtful understanding of parts of the project we wished to plant ourselves. The 2010 project involved many moving parts, including removal of existing concrete/asphalt driveway, stormwater flooding mitigation, installation of flagstone patio, water feature, stone steps and driveway pavers, as well as plant installation. When the following spring thaw revealed water seepage issues, they returned without hesitation to reroute drainage and solve the problem. The projects have transformed our outdoor living space and bring us great joy as we spend lots of time outside with family and friends.”

“Best Landscape and Construction have done 4 jobs for me. The first job was removing a long driveway and sidewalk and replaced it with permeable pavers. He had to work with the county for rebates they were offering. He made that easy. When it turned into more work than was anticipated, he did not come back wanting to raise the price. On the other jobs he was very helpful offering ideas on how to achive what I needed. They always arrived on time and did what they promised. His workers are always friendly. He has certifications that are helpful in achiving your goals. They are always my go to company for landscape or outside work.”

“We used As You Like It for a project that required new landscaping, sidewalks, and stone work. We were very pleased with the design and the finished project. We get many compliments for our landscaping from passersby. Since we completed the work, we needed a repair after we backed our car into the stone retaining wall. The firm was responsive and repaired the damage at a reasonable cost.”

“I highly recommend Omega Landscape Construction and Mackie Jenkins for any outdoor hardscaping / landscaping project big or small. We hired Mackie and his team to construct a 1400 sq foot patio (pavers over concrete) around a new build in ground pool. Their work was excellent from design/concept to completion. Mackie and his team are meticulous, hardworking, communicate well throughout the project, and do beautiful work. The team was always courteous and left the worksite looking better than when they arrived. Not only did they execute the project on time and on budget, but they also fixed problems left behind by our pool builder so that the final project looked fantastic. We are thrilled we went with Mackie and look forward to working again with his team on future projects.”

“We have been clients of ILD for nearly 20 years. They designed, and maintained our grounds, gardens, ponds & water features, including the landscaping for two distinctly different homes. Like player-coaches, the owners of ILD are on the job from design consultation to hands on working the grounds, and paying attention to every detail that goes into the overall plan until completion. They are a start to finish company that stands behind their work and maintains a personal relationship with their customers. No job is too small or too large. When we moved an hour away from the home where ILD designed and maintained our gardens we had occasion to consider other landscapers only to swiftly return to ILD as their customer service, quality, and overall skill set are second to none.”
