“Dan has been doing extensive excavating and land prep for our large scale addition and remodel project. He is ALWAYS the first one on the job site and the last one to leave. He works incredibly hard every day and has done a wonderful job on a very complicated project involving moving septic, gas line and electric and landscaping. We are really grateful we found him and would be in a tough spot if he weren’t assisting with our project.”

“I kinda live out in the boonies and it is VERY difficult to find anyone willing to do my sprinkler blowout, so I was happy to find RootsUp would come out and take care of me. The blow out technician was on time and a genuinely nice guy. He had my system cleared in a little over 10 minutes. The next day (Saturday) I noticed a leak in the area of the shutoff valve and contacted Gabe, the owner. Within hours he arrives to survey the situation and apologizes for the leak. He had his guys come out the next Monday to dig up the shutoff valve. They did it by hand which is impressive... the hole is about 5 feet deep and was originally excavated by backhoe. What did they find at the bottom of that muddy hole? Another company that did the installation had accidentally installed the stop-and-waste valve BACKWARDS. So it wasn't even RootUp's fault at all. I am incredibly impressed by the awesome customer service that everyone at RootUp gave me. They have integrity and are really hard workers.”
