“The lights worked great and the timers worked as advertised until there was another firmware and app update now the timers will not work at all AGAIN!!!! Why can they not get this right???? This time however the timers are not disappearing but they simply don't work at all. After putting $600K worth of renovations into this house the Gemstone light are by far the most frustrating and disappointing we have done. If your looking at having these things installed be prepared for a very high level of frustration, they simply don't work!! In the year and half since Gemstone installed the lights on our house we have gone through 3 controllers two of which we had to pay for ourselves so you can imagine the level of anger and frustration we are feeling at this point, we've asked Gemstone to fix this and other issues over and over again and yet here we are. These lights are absolutely not worth the money!! Update: Gemstone and I have been working together for the last few weeks to resolve all remaining issues with the system, it's all working as advertised now and the lights look amazing. We had some issues at first but in the end Gemstone stepped up and made it their priority to ensure the system they installed works flawlessly and they made sure we were happy with the results, they will absolutely stand behind their product and customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to them. Thank you Cole for all of your hard work and understanding, you went above and beyond to help us out, I very much appreciate it. I would highly recommend this product for any home, your neighbors will be very envious!”
