“Thrilled with this company! Getting estmates from other painting companies was beginning to be a bit of a nightmare. Caleb came out from Southern Perfection and everything was smooth sailing from there! He followed up when he said he would, I got a professional written estimate of work to be done. Benjamin & crew showed up when they said they would & were so respectful and great to work with. The job was neat & they cleaned up the site every day. We had a lot of wood damage and they did a wonderful job replacing it. They even finished early & my home looks better than it ever has. I'm so grateful. Would highly recommend.”

“Mateos painting did an excellent job painting the exterior of my home and exceeded my expectations. My home is 20 yrs old and they made it look brand new!! The crew meticulously hand-painted all the windows, gutters, front door, etc.. They fixed numerous wood problems on windows, doors and chimney. The team was very courteous and left my property very clean after the project was completed. They arrived when scheduled and there were no surprises in terms of final price and/or work included in the proposal. I would recommend Mateos painting if you want a good exterior paint job.”

“I am a licensed realtor. I have referred Mr. Rowe for over 3 years. All of my clients that hired him had nothing but good news regard him, his work. and very professional. They have also was not only pleased with the work, but with his extremely fair competitive pricing. I referred him to a client on November 15, 2016 who was moving from out of state and we had to get the deck repaired in 1 week. He not only met the deadline and charged them $650.”
