“Plumbing Solutions was amazing when I used them to take care of a problem that came up on one of my client’s properties. A last minute plumbing issue showed its ugly head right before escrow was supposed to close. I needed the repair done immediately. I called several other companies, but not one was able to accommodate the time frame I needed. Delaying the repair would delay closing escrow, which would delay a family’s move into their new home. I called Plumbing Solutions, they fit us into their schedule and finished the job quickly allowing us to close escrow on time! Plumbing Solutions made it happen! I made an appointment and Jay showed up on time and performed the work quickly and with no mess. I also wanted a heat pump so I could have instant hot water to the far end of the house. “Brian Ramirez is amazing! He is smart, practical and responsive. He re-piped our main line, moved another line and spigots (sp?), installed a gas range and water purifier. He also moved a refrigerator in order to get our ice machine working properly. He came out on Sunday to meet us and two days before Thanksgiving so that we could have our gas range and water working for family.”

“I hired Large Plumbing to fix a slab leak we were having in our house. They were clean, professional and were able to locate the pipe. Instead of cutting up the flooring, concrete, etc. they suggested abandoning the pipe and running a new pex pipe through the walls and ceiling. I figured that would be a better route seeing how we were planning to repipe the whole house within the next year or two. They finished earlier than projected and did a great job at containing the dust and debris. I have since recommended them to several neighbors and friends and will be calling them again when we decide to repipe the entire house.”

“For 15 years they have taken care of all my plumbing, heating/air conditioning needs. They have installed a new bath tub, completed all of the plumbing for new bath fixtures and toilets. When I remodeled the kitchen they took care of all installation of plumbing for new dishwasher, garbage disposal and sink fixtures. I purchased a new A/C and Heating unit that goes on the roof, they removed the old unit and installed the new unit. All the work they have done for me has been excellent plus 10 in my book. They offer a yearly membership program that offers two free service calls for my A/C and Heating and discounts any work done. I am very happy with them and hope you will be as well.”

“I hired Leon to do all my finish plumbing on a newly built unit. I found him to be very detailed in performing his work, he does not rush through a project, and he has a very high standard of performance. He is a very good communicator and will give his recommendations if he thinks there is a better way to complete a job, which I very much appreciated! His pricing is very fair, not the highest or lowest. He went the extra mile for me and I feel very comfortable referring him to anyone that needs a professional plumbing job done correctly the first time. He does not cut corners, he will treat you with respect, and he is a great guy! I am a real estate rehab investor and have renovated several homes in Orange county and have pretty high standards. I am picky about getting the project done right the first time and Leon did just that! Good job Leon!!”
