Words can't even express how pleased we are with the incredible job 21st Century did on our house. They replaced all our wood siding with fiber cement shiplap and painted it. This was a weeks-long job and another company might have rushed it to get more customers worked in, but 21st C. took their time and did the job right. My husband and I even walked around the house to make a punch list last night, but by this morning, they had already addressed the issues before we even brought them up. The crew was just as meticulous as they would have been working on their own homes, and we appreciate it. We will definitely be calling them back if we need more work done!

This company is superb in every way. The price was very competitive and I appreciated Mike’s communication with me regarding the estimate and schedule. Hector (the painter) was wonderful. He worked fast but was very professional and thorough. A real perfectionist! He was courteous, cheerful and also communicated very well with me. He left touch-up paint and I figured I would find tiny areas that I would need to take care of the next day since that’s to be expected. I haven’t found one! I’ll definitely hire again!

Honest--the only roofing company that told us our house was not set up to take advantage of a ridge vent. Others gave us a quote for a ridge vent. Professional--the two co-owners each showed up to inspect the work being done and crew was on time.

We had our kitchen cabinets painted by this company. The original job was handled professionally at our home, but there were some areas that didn't look great where the original painter didn't do a great job with caulking the inner cabinet panels on the drawers and doors. They quickly determined that they would take all of the cabinet drawers and doors into their shop to sand them down and repaint them again. They also performed several touch ups and corrections at the house on the cabinet boxes. The owners were easy to work with and definitely wanted us to be pleased with the job.
