I am interior designer in the Boulder area, and I trust CertaPro team implicitly. Stephen Strayer, my sales rep is very professional, knowledgeable, and fun to work with as well. Everyone else at CertaPro of Boulder and Longmont are amazing too. I've used CertaPro of Boulder in the past to paint the exterior of my house. It was a straight forward job and they did it well. Recently, I ran into a problem. While my kitchen was being remodeled, the workmen ruined the floor in the entry hall to my house. It is painted cement and it didn't hold up to all of the contractors coming and going. No one seemed to know how to repair it. So I called CertaPro of Boulder. They sent out Stephen Strayer to assess whether they could fix it. He took on the project himself -- he had a rep from Benjamin Moore come out to recommend the best (most durable) paint. It took 3 colors and multiple layers to achieve the look we wanted. Stephen did a fabulous job. Honesty, I am so appreciative of him (strong work ethic and trustworthy) and his talented finished product. Thank you!

The CertaPro team did everything they promised, starting with a site visit, 1-hour consult with a color expert, a lesson on how to test paint colors before picking one, a totally comprehensible chart to fill-in specifying our paint choices and where they went on our house. As a couple getting our home painted for the first time, we really appreciated this! As folks who work in audio, we were extremely grateful for the color expert's help finding colors to harmonize with our home's visually challenging multi-color brick. On painting day, the team arrived on time, confirmed our colors with a printed copy of the chart we'd filled out. They executed every step efficiently and to a very high standard in a really friendly way and communicated with us during the process to keep us up-to-date on progress. Highly recommended.

Bob Schneider was very pleasant to work with. We needed to make some changes to the original plan and her was able to re-do our estimate quickly. The team of painters, Manuel and Arturo were not only good at what they did but were also fun to talk with. They worked hard and quickly. We have beautiful new paint in our kitchen, living room and dining room. I highly recommend them.
