“Fresh Coat West Austin refinished our front door. The owner, Sarah Ross, was very responsive to my initial phone call and had a work proposal for me within the day. The price was by far the best we had quoted to us, which worried me a little bit! However, she agreed to get the work done within a few days, fitting it into our schedule willingly. The front door was very weathered and the painter did not know that we would be satisfied with the outcome from the first few layers of stain. She agreed to let us look at it at the end of the work day, and, if we were not satisfied, would help us determine how to choose a better product to finish our door. My husband and I were pleased with the outcome, though, and in a hurry to have it done. The painter returned shortly thereafter to put a clear coat on the door. Overall, we are pleased with the finished product and very pleased with the service provided. We felt like the Sarah cared about our satisfaction, and the painter was willing to come back out in a timely manner to complete the project.
