Due to the large scale of the project, and the multiple week timeline required, it was most important to hire someone who was reliable, trustworthy, and experienced. Brock Cattanach met and exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a contractor who goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done properly, American RE Investor is the perfect choice. Like most home renovations projects, we had unexpected problems along the way, and Brock replaced multiple wood panels, tore down trees, removed animal nests(!) and everything else that needed to be done before painting could even start. We experienced excellent communication throughout, and were constantly included in any important decisions. We had hoped to freshen up the look of our faded paint, and instead we have a fully transformed home.”

“Midwest Painting Co. was an absolute pleasure to work with. We originally called for an estimate and owner Oliver came and met us to discuss what we were looking to accomplish. We discussed that we wanted to paint pretty much the entire interior of our home. Oliver provided us with a detailed room by room quote where we could then add and subtract items we wanted to complete. Oliver and his team did a fantastic job in painting the entire interior of our 1600sqft home in just over 3 days. We couldnt be happier with the results. The quality of paint his group uses is fantastic. Price was very competitive with the other quotes we received. We went with Midwest because of the level professionalism they displayed throughout the entire process. “I hired Armor Tough coatings for drywall repair / painting as well as an epoxy garage floor job. They did an excellent job with the drywall repair and painting. The epoxy job was a bit complex as I had a full chip installation. They put in the extra time to make sure it came out well. “Montgomery Finishes did all of the interior and exterior painting when I remodeled my parents home which badly needed a complete makeover. “Somerset Painting is outstanding!! I found them a few months ago (based on already excellent reviews) to help paint some rooms in my new house. Rick, the company's owner, came over and gave me an estimate. The price was reasonable (especially compared to other estimates I received at the same time), and scheduling was fast and easy. They did a great job painting those rooms and made my kids very happy with the new paint colors. The quality of the work was outstanding, and they were very clean. Then two weeks ago, I had a "painting emergency." I was trying to fix up my old house to get it on the market. I patched numerous nail holes in lots of walls throughout the house and then used paint that I had sitting around to paint over the patchwork. Although the paint I used was labeled for specific rooms, it was mislabeled by some different painters that I had used years back. The paint did not match and looked horrible! I was in a huge bind since my foyer, kitchen, family room and every hallway looked awful due to my mistake, and it was not presentable for people looking to buy. I immediately called Rick at Somerset Painting to see if he could help. Rick understood my dilemma and was out the same day to give me an estimate. His estimate was very reasonable, and his team was out the very next day to repaint all of those rooms/halls. It was a quite a job, but Rick and his team got it done very fast. Not only did they complete the job quickly, but the job was done perfectly and exceeded my expectations. I will be hiring Somerset Painting again in the future for sure. They take pride in their work and are very professional. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs painting!”
