“Archadeck of Suburban Boston is a superior design-build construction company. They designed and built an upper deck 10'x25' with a 15' bridge from the deck to the upper yard behind our house. Their design met with all local building codes, complimented exquisitely well the existing structure, architecture, and colors of this 100+ year old house. The composite materials they selected met our requirements for sustainability, low maintenance, long life, warranty, beauty, function, cost. The finished construction compliments the character of our house and blends with our rocky cliff terrain while adding to the value of our outdoor living space and the value of our home. The team, architect, project manager, and carpenter, are experienced true craftsmen who care about their client and what they produce. They ensure that all services needed for them to complete excellent work in a timely way are in place. I will hire them again for our next project.”

“I contracted Baystate Structures last summer to construct a 22'x22' garage with stairway and loft above. After agreeing on a fair price for project, the entire structure was completed in 2 1/2 days (on my foundation) in a professional and courteous manner. I have been in the construction business (retired) for over 45 years and I was very impressed by the quality of this structure and the people involved in the process!”

“After Superstorm Sandy struck in October 2012, and blew down two 50+ foot trees on my house and shed, I made 3 calls immediately - the insurance company, the tree company and Walpole. The salesman, Gary Workman from the Greenvale store, came the following day and, when I still had no power, we worked by lantern light designing my new shed. I had explained that this was the most important repair for me, since I do a lot of gardening and use the shed to store all the supplies. The shed had to be functional, but more importantly, it had to be beautiful. In the ensuing months, the shed was redesigned several times. The salesman was wonderful and patient and even made sure to include the stained glass window salvaged from my old shed in the design of the Walpole shed. I requested whimsy and beauty and have a door with a rounded top (I refer to it as "hobbit style!"). The team that came in the spring to build the shed did a fantastic job. I now have the perfect shed thanks to Walpole. It has eased the horrors of all the post storm repairs . Thank you, Walpole, from the bottom of my heart. I wish I could include photos of Walpole's masterpiece.”

“Susan and Daniel were wonderful to work with. Susan creatively designed a fabulous deck to fit our space, and gave us various material options to customize it to fit our needs. She incorporated built-in benches, and other touches that we never would have thought of, increasing the functionality of our deck tremendously. It has become a favorite gathering spot for our family. Throughout the entire process, all permits and details were handled by the Lee's, and all we had to do was enjoy our new deck. The project stayed right on budget, and the Lee's' skills and knowledge were apparent. This was our second project with them, as they also remodeled our front stairs and created a front sitting porch for us as well. They are wonderful and I could not recommend them more highly!”

“I purchased a shed from Lakeside Trading last April, 2019. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. I was looking for a “she shed” for storage of my gardening tools. I found the perfect one right there on the Lakeside lot, no special ordering required. It easily meet all my needs as well as several extra features (like the small loft for extra storage) which I love. Delivery and installation was smooth and professional and exactly as promised. It was Sales Associate Paul’s, second week on the job. He was great throughout.”

“David is our go-to person for custom pergolas, trellises and other garden structures. He and his team are well versed in the construction details needed to complete a project. He has a strong sense of design. The craftsmanship is reminiscent of furniture making. David, himself is easy to work with, incredibly responsive and a true gentleman. His colllaborative design always bring us to an exciting place. “Recently Creative Enclosures replaced the windows of a sunporch they orginally installed in 1980's 0r early 90's. Their staff was very helpful and gladly answered and addressed any of my questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend this company. I love my new sunporch and spend time in it every day”

“Eric and his team did a fine job on our new deck. It was a bit more expensive than I had anticipated, but Azek is what I wanted, even if it is over-priced. I will return later and post a couple photos. Carnazzo has a long wait time right now, but its worth waiting to find a company that won't mess up the job.”
