“I don't usually leave reviews but in this case I must go out of my way to let others know how the professionalism of the Ecoguard blew me away. I dealt with a young fella named Dorian, whom I have already recommended to all my friends and family. Dorian came when he said he would, he took care of the raccoon immediately at the exact price he quoted me, and did not try to up sell me any of his other services. For thoses reasons I have signed up for his seasonal plan. Since the removal of the raccoon I called Dorian back again yesterday to exterminate some mice that I have had yearly issues with and I and other pest control company's were unable to locate their entry point. After a very thorough search of my home Dorian was able to pinpoint the location where the mice were entering from. If I could give 6 stars I would. I highly recommend Ecoguard especially Dorian.”

“I had a bedbug problem which I was not sure of I called in reputable companies that could not find the pest. I was told I have fleas to rat mites and everything under the sun. I was very stressed by the time I found terminators Pest Management. Alter my phone conversation with shirley it was like she was in my head she spent the Time on the phone answering every question I had and calmed me down. She sent me Jerry and Lisa and these guys were amazing they did a walk through with me and not only the office staff are educated but these guys were very informative and during the inspection he did find the bedbugs which is a headache but I felt a relief that I was not going crazy. Jerry and Lisa broke down not only the process but the science behind the treatment. They made sure I knew everything before service and after service the office staff and technicians kept intouch with me to see how I was sleeping as well. It's been two months since my service and I haven't seen any mor! e bedbugs and I am resting beautifully ever since service. They treat you like you are the most important person in the world and I am still intouch. I LOVE THIS COMPANY and I will never use another company. Terminators Pest Management is THE BEST!!! I will keep using them for all my pest control needs. I wish all companies had great ethics like this company.”

“Incredibly quick response to inquiry, very thorough explanation of background behind mosquito & tick issues, helping customers understand why they're affected. Had our property pulled up on maps with the amount of land we had & was very clear on how they'd treat (including details on going under deck, etc). They don't require you to be home, which is convenient - but do leave a door tag so that you know when they're complete & takes immediate effect. They guarantee their products, so in one case we found that we needed another treatment, and they explained some of the potential reasons & sent somebody out the next day, no cost. Would absolutely recommend. Very nice staff & professional, reputable company just from our initial experience.”
