As we described our wish list for our yard...he listened intently and immediately began filling it in, fleshing it out, giving suggestions, options, creative thoughts about our space....he made it come to life for us as he described what they were going to do in exacting detail...to make our dream yard a reality for our family. We couldn't wait to sign our contract!! Kenny designed our project, brought drawings and even had a professional artist do a video rendering of our job so we could better understand the elevations and scope of each element. The design was and is "Award Winning"!! I have nothing but praise for Gary, our project foreman. Garys reassuring presence daily at our job site...allowed for us to ask questions, seek advice and benefit from his many, many, many years of building pools and outdoor spaces as we began selecting our stone, tile, pebbletech, concrete colors, coping material, etc... Gary's calm, steady demeanor is exactly what we needed during such a giant undertaking. Edmundo and his crew....the tile, stone, retention wall builders...are TOP notch!! They worked steady from 7:00 am to 4:00 everyday...until our retention walls, firepit, flagstone, stairs, coping were done and absolutely perfect!! No disappearing act for days at a time from these guys, just solid, steady, work until it was done. I am beyond grateful we selected Teserra Outdoor Living for our project. I highly recommend them and would gladly show our yard off to anyone considering hiring Teserra. Thank you Kenny and Gary. “Melos Pools did an outstanding job in every way in remodeling our yard. They removed all our concrete, remodeled our pool with a beautiful mini-pebble tech finish, poured our new deck,installed a great looking water feature, built a beautiful outdoor shower and made accommodations for our new fire pit. The project came in on budget and within the time frame promised. The workers were conscientious, hard working, clean and always courteous. It was a pleasure working with Albert on the design and dealing with Lorena on the financial end. Everything was done in a quality way and the company was responsive to questions and concerns. “We hired Rembrandt Pools to 1st remove the existing pool/spa and build us an infinity pool and spa. We worked with Jorge who listen to what we wanted, which was a small curved infinity pool with a spa that was not to come too close to the house. He worked with us on the placement of the pool to ensure we would have the best view of it from our windows, he suggested some tile and stone and then recommended we put in an infinity edge spa. We took his advise and we can't be happier with the outcome as it is unique, beautiful and people comment on it all the time. A year later we still love looking at the infinity spa and we wouldn't change a thing. Jorge was very easy to work with, he listened to what we wanted, took care of all the paper work required by our HOA, finished exactly when he said he would and as well they worked very well with our landscape company, coordinating all the work. We still use Rembrant to do the bi weekly maintenance, the staff are all very good and always friendly. Jorge is still very attentive if we have any questions. I would highly recommend this company, you won't be disappointed.”

“After meeting with two other pool contractors, my husband and I hired Sunkist to build our saltwater pool. We did not base our decision on price, but on the confidence level we felt after meeting with Brady and Rob. As our project progressed, we were guided every step of the way. I had a lot of questions and Brady was always available by phone and/or email to clearly explain the various stages of construction and what to expect. There were some delays which caused our pool to be completed about 3 weeks later than we had hoped, but that was a result of weather issues, which were beyond Sunkist's control. Sunkist is a very honest company and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a new pool construction.”

“Done to almost final month! Finishing plumbing and found tiles that should be installed this week. Will update pictures early next week and send weekly updates as we get towards swimming! Month 5 and it’s looking good. Can’t believe we are a little over a month from completion. Very excited to share final results. Waiting for our pool to be installed and things are going well and will post pictures when it’s done which is almost here :)”
