I recently had the crew come out and do some refurbishing because the color, over that span of time had faded a little, but the condition of the pool/spa was still in great shape. Over the years, I've had no problems with the pool or spa at all. None. And, when the crew came out to do the refresh, they were punctual, respectful and professional. Would I recommend Natural Design? Absolutely! I can't say what others have experienced, I can only say what mine has been, and it's been a good one.”
