“After many years of contemplation and careful consideration we finally decided to build a pool. There are what seem to be hundreds of pool builders in our area given the tropical climate so narrowing it down to one contractor took some time. There was some initial confusion about when they were scheduled for our first visit, and then more confusion about ordering parts and the follow-up visit; but the owner and entire crew showed up at the next visit (and all subsequent visits for awhile) until we got everything worked out. Eric (owner) was very attentive and knowledgeable and took all the time we needed to show us how things worked and what might need attention (pumps, heaters, solar panels, etc.) And Jimmy (tech) spent hours repairing and replacing leaky or broken valves, pool lights, and fixed the pump so that it operates more efficiently.
