“Resurfaced pool, installed pavers over existing patio/pool deck, converted to salt system, replaced pump and reconfigured pump area to allow more space to walk through to side yard. Quality of work was excellent and the owner was very patient while we picked out the pool surface and paver materials. He was very will to bring samples over multiple times until we decided on what we wanted to use. We are very excited about the finished product and also contracted with him to replace our front walkway area as well as extend the width of the driveway with pavers. There was some initial confusion about when they were scheduled for our first visit, and then more confusion about ordering parts and the follow-up visit; but the owner and entire crew showed up at the next visit (and all subsequent visits for awhile) until we got everything worked out. Eric (owner) was very attentive and knowledgeable and took all the time we needed to show us how things worked and what might need attention (pumps, heaters, solar panels, etc.) And Jimmy (tech) spent hours repairing and replacing leaky or broken valves, pool lights, and fixed the pump so that it operates more efficiently.
