“I called Scott at LTB Propoerties in a bind: the condo above mine had a significant leak which came through the ceiling in my unit's living room and brought half the ceiling down. I called Scott on a Thursday and he was able to get in there, inspect it, and do the demo work on Friday. By Monday, the sheet rock was hung and sealed, and by Tuesday, it was painted and looked like nothing had ever happened. Scott's responsiveness meant minimal inconvenience for my tenant. The millwork is so beautiful and the custom media room , laundry room , office, bathroom and rec room plus lots of great storage space which maximises every inch of space with great innovative idea's and this is just the basement which is just a continuation of the amazing design and millwork throughout the house . “JBC did a complete house renovation for me in 2017. I was still living on Long Island and the house was in Westchester. Barry Cohen was always attentive to the project, my requests and would call or email me when there were issues or decisions to be made. I would check on the project weekly but Barry was in charge. He was on site regularly and supervised all aspects of the project from bathroom to kitchen renovation to roof replacement and painting. It took many months but we’ll worth the effort. I had interviewed 3 contractors prior to project initiation and Barry was the only one to actually give me a complete proposal for work to be completed. We are extremely pleased with the finished product and would recommend JBC without hesitation”
