“The roofing company (unknowingly) underestimated the square footage of the roof. Since the quote was so good, I went with this company; which was a good choice. I am very happy with the work they did. The roof turned out well and the company's warranty is comparable to others' in town. The one criticism is that the workers did not pick up many of the scrap materials from the work. There were nails throughout my yard and in my driveway, thankfully none were found in my tires.”

“We had an original Brie roof membrane that looked like 25 years of age in only 12 years. The house is custom design with multiple roof levels and overlaps of stone and decorative metal flashing. Additionally, we were installing a large solar photovoltaic plant on sections of the roof. McPartlon's project manager quickly responded to our enquiry, visiting the site and recommended a product involving two layers of spray-on polyurethane to apply over the existing roof membrane.. They agreed to coordinate directly with the solar installer. Their crew was very solicitous of our concerns for protecting the many custom details of the house and ensuring a neat and workmanlike job of applying the roofing. They started by flashing and sealing the 96 standoffs installed to support the solar racking, and then placing the two layers of polyurethane membrane. They then returned at the completion of the solar installation to touch up any dings or blemishes to the roofing. We were very pleased with the performance and pricing of McPartlon's work.”

“I have an old adobe house (early 1900's) in Tesuque, up a narrow road. The roof had never been changed, and had over 12" of dirt on the roof, a classic New Mexico flat roof nightmare. This was a challenging job, to say the least, and from start to finish the team at Fiddler was professional, informative, and kind. Brenda and Jack were excellent in the set-up and quoting process, helping me to choose the correct product for our roof (TPO), and even helping and guiding me to file an insurance claim on some hail damage they identified on the roof. When the team showed up led by the lead roofer Sergio, they were efficient, skilled and innovative in dealing with the unique challenged of our particular job. Their equipment and their installation techniques are superb, and they were respectful even when the job had more headaches and hiccups than expected. They left the job site clean and complete. I could not recommend a company more in Santa Fe/surrounding areas. I interviewed more than 10 roofers in the area, and Fiddler was clearly the choice. I look forward to using them on my Casita roof when this job is needed as well. These folks take care of you, they care, and it shows.”
