“Scott and his crew did an amazing job installing our standing seam metal roof. They also created custom copper coverings for two of our bay windows which really added to our overall house design. Scott was great in his knowledge, fair pricing, attentiveness and professionalism. He’s been in the business a long time and knows everything about roofs and the latest in materials. The roofing crew were efficient and kept a tidy job site. “I had a new HD shingle roof installed by TH Remodeling and Renovations, and not only was the work completed professionally in one day, despite discovering decking that needed to be replaced that had not been anticipated, but none of my many perennials in my flower gardens near and up against the house was damaged in any way. The guys were so respectful of my property, and their clean-up was fantastic. I had one issue with the installation of new seamless gutters done by another company that TH Remodeling sent out, which caused a shingle to stick up a bit. TH Remodeling sent one of their guys to take a look and he fixed the problem. Highly recommend this company. Everyone I dealt with was wonderful.”

“Christian Dior and his team from Dior Construction were very professional. They got the job done in timely manner. Their price was very competitive and reasonable with great results of the job they did. “I called Precision Installation & Repair to look at a repair job I desperately needed and get an estimate. The attention I was given was quick and professional. The problem I had was with my living room gas fireplace which required a chimney chase outside. Unfortunately, the top of the chimney chase had a faulty top which allowed rain water and raccoons to wreak havoc. This resulted in rotting wood, mold and raccoons that would nest inside. The company did an excellent job replacing the wood, exterior siding, and a sturdy reinforced cap on top. I couldn't be happier with both the work and the price. I highly recommend them for anyone's repair needs without reservation!”
