“We did not just put on a new roof, we added energy saving devices (solar felt and power vents) and repaired damage to the deck, so this was not just a simple roofing job. They arrived here on time, finished on time and did quality work. They showed me exactly what they were going to do to make sure the leaks that caused the damage in the first place, would not happen with this roof. Everything they did was a grade above what had been on my roof the builder installed. The only reason they did not get a 5 was because their estimate was off and cost me more money after the job was complete. We worked out a deal where we split the difference so I was pleased. Bottom line, I would recomment this roofer.”

They not only told me what they would do, but also what they couldn't do. This was a huge help to me in my dealing with the insurance company. The work performed was excellent. The job site was cleaned up every day, and someone was always on site to answer my questions. They worked quickly and quietly. This was important since I office in my home. Once they started, they discovered my previous roof was missing sheathing. They called the insurance company, took the necessary pictures, and the amount was increased to cover that unexpected necessity. They finished on time, with no additional charges. Its been two years, the roof looks beautiful. and I haven't had any problems. I would recommend Swan Roofing without hesitation.”
