She has so much passion and enthusiasm that you cannot help but get excited with the process. She really listens to your wants and concerns and will give her honest opinion when asked. She has a great eye for design and really strives to make each project fit the consumer. She stays on top of the current trends and goes beyond to make your project not look like everyone else's. I am so excited about her reclaimed wood business coming to Des Moines. I took a client there just today who was extremely excited about everything that was shown to her. Juli and April really took the time to explain the different products and made suggestions on where those could be used in our project. I would highly recommend Juli, April and Iowa Reclaimed Floors.”

“Hardwood Bargains was truly a great company to work with. Not only was the product Fantastic, the pricing was great! I visited their showroom to find the Ventura Acacia. “Artisan Floors is phenomenal at what they do. Their knowledge and expertise of wood in general is mind blowing. Regardless of their work, just listening to Dave, Pat and Josh speak about wood, their enthusiasm and ideas, really motivates you to want to "know more" and that's what they do. They educate the customer insofar as they are capable of making an independent, very important decision, and then Artisan comes in knocks 'em dead with expert precision and craftsmanship. There's a lot of "sales" guys out there who make you pick out your own wood from samples in a rack, that put pressure on you to "close" the deal. Artisan Floors is a friendly and casual, yet professional atmosphere, which offers greater of ease of decision making as well as the fact that they are just so completely informative, that when it's all said and done, you could then become a consultant for the NWFA!”

“Al and Holly Monti are just incredible. They are very professional and do exactly what they say they will do when they say they will do it. Al is a perfectionist in his installation of hardwood. My floors look fantastic. Larry lays tile for the company and his work is just outstanding as well. My job was to tear out the old vinyl floors in the bathrooms and install porcelain tile. The largest part however was to rip out all of the wall to wall carpeting which covered all but the living areas of the house, which had the original hardwood, and to match engineered hardwood to the existing. No easy task, but Al produced stunning results. I couldn't be happier that I hired the right people for the job.”
