“We have been searching for a company to provide outdoor decorative shutters on our home for over a year. I was only able to find a company on the east coast, and their shutters were too large scale for our small home. One of my customers passed this company's name on to me, I got the phone number from google, and contacted a rep Austin O'Malley. He returned my call promptly, and set up an appointment within the following week. When I told him what I wanted, he created a composite shutter to make sure he understood my wishes. He thoroughly explained what product he would use, how he would create the shutters, and remove the old and install the new. He did everything as he said he would......I do not hear this much from many people that hire contractors. Not only did he make then exactly as I wanted them, he installed them, touched up the paint that he was not pleased with, and even came back again to recheck. We provided the paint, and he returned the left over, and left me a message where he hid it on the property. He is now quoting us for another job.
