“My family purchased a home in January. The inspection unveiled a problem with the siding. We've owned two brick homes in the past and this was our first time dealing with siding and was concerned how this might impact our new home. We reached out to Colorado Siding Repair and were put in great hands with Josh. He met us at our new home the next day and explained what our project would entail and the process to accomplish. Attention to quality is important to us and fixing the problem correctly the first time just as important. Colorado Siding Repair sent video updates on a daily basis which provided comfort to us. Just as important was the quick response to every question and concern we had, as having a house with siding for the first time brought many questions. We've already heard from several of our "new" neighbors asking who we used while commenting on how courteous the team working on our house was throughout the project. Colorado Siding Repair exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend to everyone.”

“Ideal Siding completely transformed our home. After several months of research, quotes, and hesitation, we chose to move forward with Ideal Siding. They were upfront with all the details, cost, and timeline. Rick's employees were very professional and courteous. Each day his crews showed up and worked from sun up till sundown. Each day the work site was cleaned up as if no one was there. There was constant communication throughout the entire project. We were blown away by the transformation of our home when the project was complete. Ideal Siding does not disappoint. We will continue to recommend them to everyone.”

“This is a first-class business. My house was in the process of being sold, and before it closed , there was a hail storm that caused significant damage including the roof, gutters, deck, screens and paint. I had called other companies to request quotes, but some wouldn't even come out unless they were guaranteed to get the job. Jon and Jason from Refined Exteriors came to my house to provide an estimate. In addition to inspecting the house, they provided me with a great powerpoint presentation on the roofing and how it would be done and how the roofing shingles differered from other companies. They even came out to meet wtih the insurance inspector before we even signed the contract. They offered a very fair price and outstanding service. They kept me apprised of each step and even did most of the insurance paperwork. Since the house was under contract, I was under a tight deadline. Refined Exteriors completed the work before the deadline. After all the work was done, the house looked fantastic! I would recommend this company to anyone.”

“Exterior Recovery Co completely redid the outside of our house--built and bricked our porch structure, redid our siding, installed lighting, painted, installed windows, etc. We are so happy with the end result! Our house was built in 1908 but had been stripped of a lot of its original charm. We were excited to restore its original structure and refresh the exterior in a way that kept its historical style. Fareed and Zach were helpful and responsive throughout the process. Even when hiccups came up (as they always do in any renovation), they provided options and guidance in a straightforward way. We'd recommend them to anyone and would absolutely use them again for future projects!”

“Outstanding from start to finish. WestPro installed James Hardie siding and a new 50yr GAF roof on my home about three years ago - it still looks brand new and has zero issues. Having a background in construction, I critically reviewed the work and it’s really good - like there’s pride put into it. The crews were fast, paid attention to details and kept the job site organized/clean. The Hardie siding more than paid for itself with the amount of resale value added to my house. Their project managers are patient and don’t have that salesy/commission hungry vibe. The whole team treats you like a local company should - like a friend and reliable neighbor.”

“Whole house of new windows and a patio door in 2 days! Window order took a little longer to come in because we had them done with white on the interior and chocolate on exterior. The installation was lightning fast and very clean. Not to mention we had 3 quotes and they were, by far, the most reasonably priced. The owner Mike recommended a different style of window in our dining room than we originally planned and it came out gorgeous. Couldn't be more than satisfied with this family-owned business. Next we are having them do our whole house in siding.”

“It’s not only my honor but my privilege to recommend Peter and Violet of Friendly Home Improvement. I hired them to work on the complete renovation of my piece of paradise. I notice the little details, I am an artist but have also worked construction and remodeling. My old funky ranch house has the oddest corners, making the renovation difficult at best. Peter and Violet worked diligently and with care to address issues and keep the integrity of my 1950 Gunnison kit home. We changed and gave my home a complete makeover from the outside to the in, including windows and siding from barn to the mid century house itself. This was a very difficult job. Peter and Violet are true artists in their vision but also make amazing partners when working with your dream of what you want your home to become.”
