Because of the shelter in place order, Steve conducted a diagnostic session with me using Zoom. Using this technology, Steve was able to diagnose the problem, and talk me through the steps to fix the issue in a live session! My pressure issue is now fixed, and the process did not involve having any workers entering my home. This is an outstanding company with high quality workmanship and professionalism. “The rains came and the basement flooded. I called Mt Airy Plumbing because they were local and had great reviews on Google. Gymone Murphy called me back immediately. He came out the same day. He diagnosed the problem and cleared two blocked drains. He also told me that a pipe was leaking in the basement. He was quick, honest, and charged a fair price. Because he was fixed the problem the same day I am a customer for life. He is smart, knows his trade, and gave me and extended warranty. I know I can trust Mt Airy Plumbing. You can too. “We have used James Brown Plumbing , Heating and AC for the last 12 years. They did all of the heating and plumbing for a mudroom, laundry and garage addition in 2005 and we have used them for all of our repairs since that time. They are honest, reasonably priced and always come when called in heating or air conditioning emergencies. We were having a graduation party for our daughter on a very hot Saturday and Jim himself came and fixed our air conditioner so that our guests would not suffer in the heat.”

“Bob did a complete remodel job on our bathroom. He made good recommendations regarding design and suppliers and worked with us to keep the price moderate and the quality very high. Job completed within time agreed to and all workmanship was highly professional. Workmen used great care to avoid damaging anything while bringing materials in and out and used drop-cloths to protect floors. Did thorough clean up at completion of each day's work. Bob is very conscientious and careful to be certain you know what the costs will be for any extras that you request. No surprises when the final bill is presented! Over all, Bob will give you a reasonable price and does excellent quality work.”
