“We have just completed a custom home build in Raleigh. Our builder recommended Residential Elevators, Raleigh. We worked with Henry Taylor to customize our elevator. He was extremely helpful and it was a pleasure to deal with him. After we moved in, we had an issue with the elevator. Henry personally came to the house to evaluate the problem and then scheduled Devin, technician, to correct the problem. Devin was friendly, organized and he corrected the issue. He explained the problem to us which was a matter of slightly moving the lock to the door and the plug to the elevator. He thoroughly evaluated every aspect of the elevator to make sure there were no further problems. We are appreciative of the efforts and expertise of these two men.
