“I am one of the principal owners of a busy renovation company based in Toronto. I've been working with R and A stairs for over 6 years. On one recent project we ordered 3 sets of very wide saw tooth, rift white oak stairs with concealed stringers. Very modern and very heavy. It took the installers over 12 hours to manoeuvre and fit these stairs. They are perfect and the client is ecstatic. From fabrication to installation R and A stairs have the experience and the know how to provide their customers with excellent quality. They are reliable and I like that the owner Rick is the one measuring and the main contact for questions and concerns. All of our projects are tricky due to the nature of the older housing stock in Toronto and R and A is always able to figure it out and provide great quality stairs and railings. I would never look anywhere else.”

“I received a quote from Grant at Royal Oak Railing and Stair. He is pleasant and very professional. Grant also sent me pictures of his company's previous job which was exactly what I was looking for, a open riser staircase with a wood & glass railing plus new wood basement stairs. I would of had the job done yesterday but I'm still looking for a contractor to do some drywall patchwork to accommodate the new stairs and to remove my old staircases. I'm hoping to get it done by March/2014. Also Royal Oak Railing and Stairs was referred to me by Douglas Design Studios in Toronto free of charge. Update 08/2014-The stairs are in & they look fantastic!!!!!!! Grant & his team from Royal Oak Railing & Stairs delivered exactly the look we were going for.”

“Tom is great to work with. He's friendly and so knowledgeable! His team did a great job on transforming our tired 1970's staircase into a beautifully updated statement piece. We wanted our front entryway to have a wow factor and this was achieved with substantial looking newel posts, banister and a combination of wrought iron spindles on the lower staircase and glass panels on the second floor landing. We are very happy with the results and would recommend StairSteps!”

“We used Railmaster Stairways to replace our old, carpeted stairs with new plank stairs. I have to give this company 5 stars as they were excellent in everyway. My initial contact on the phone was with Carolann who owns the company with her husband, Peter, who was the one who measured and gave us a quote. From all of the ladies in the office, to all of the many tradesmen that were here at the house - Every person I dealt with was professional, excellent at their jobs and had "the customer is right" attitude. We've finished upstairs with the hardwood floors, and still have to have them installed downstairs as you can see. But still I think, these pics give you a good idea of the change you can make in your home :) Our stairs turned out beautifully, and what a transformation! I would highly recommend Railmaster Stairways to anyone who will be needing this type of service.”

“Excellent Job!! I was looking everywhere to have a special design done on my stairs and everywhere I called either couldn't do it or said it would take months! These guys came to do measurements the next day after I called and got the job done in 3 weeks! I had to share, would definitely recommend !”
