“For 23 years, we have had a set of front steps that leaked into a closet underneath them whenever it rained hard. We had buckets to catch the water and towels to soak up the leaks, At times we would tarp the front steps ahead of a storm and this would keep the water out. GM Masonry was recommended to us. We contacted Gianni and Katie in late November 2017. Gianni came out to understand the problem and give us a proposal. The cost was reasonable and shortly thereafter in December, Malo and Julio came out and did the job in very short order. They lifted stones laid on top of the concrete steps, found a crack where the steps meet the house and made short work of the problem with hydraulic cement and relaying of the slate. We have not had a drop of water in our basement since and have certainly had lots of heavy rain to test the fix! Wish we knew of them years ago! Their whole team was GREAT!!! Professional, timely, friendly, courteous and reasonable cost-wise. Highly recommend them.”

“I am very happy with the new patio. We contacted a few other contractors to compare prices and Josh's price was significantly lower than another bid. The rest of the people we contacted never even called back. That was never an issue with Josh - he replied to every email and text almost immediately and kept us updated every step of the way and answered all questions and was professional at all times. The project was finished on time. He even used some extra material to build a small retaining wall at no extra cost - a good example of his stellar customer service! He has a young and growing business and I have no doubt he will be successful. Check out his website for photos and videos of some of his projects.”
