When it was time to upgrade our home in Port Charlotte, I spent several months meeting with 7 paver installers. Trudi, from Preferred Pavers & Concrete impressed me with her broad knowledge of all 3 projects 1 wanted, replace concrete driveway and front walk, remodel pavers for our pool area and a new patio with walls and a fire pit. The fact that they are nationally certified clinched the deal! I could not be more pleased with the results. Their attention to detail is beyond compare. I witnessed , Jose, one of their men fit 3 different pool coping pavers in 1 spot until he was satisfied with the fit and color. I give them 5 stars!”

“Hey,I’m Sam.I had to take a few minutes to write this review because Beth,who’s in the front office at (Dana site Development),has been great.First,she’s always professional every time I call for a project.She’s very noligable when it comes to what materials are needed for certain jobs.second,she always gives me a far price on all Materials.Next she always answers the phone when I call,and if she’s with a customer and I leave a message,she returns my call asap,which is very helpful on projects with time limits.Yesterday I came in the office late in the day to get materials,it was just past closing time,but since she was there still,she was able to get me the materials I needed to complete a last minute project.she even called the guy who loaded my Dump Truck and asked if he can stay late,to help me complete my project.None of the other places I’ve been have done that for me.If your looking for Dirt,crushed concrete,Meelings or any other materials,I recommend you call and (Dana site Development and paving)and ask for Beth,she is guaranteed to give you the best deal experience possible,Thanks to Beth I can keep my Dump Trucks rolling and making my Company Money!Beth your the Best,keep up the good customer service!!!”

“Safe Dry not only had to grind and polish almost 1200 ft of terrazzo floors and epoxy a screened porch floor...they also had to repair the work done by a previously hired contractor who messed up the job. I cannot say enough good things about Joe Martin and Safe Dry Floors. They were punctual, professional, knowledgeable and followed through on their promise to have the job done within two days. (The contractor I previously hired said the job would take five days...and they even failed to complete the job to my satisfaction within 7 days.) My terrazzo floors are almost 55 years old. They will never look 'brand new'. However the floors look 100% better than they did! I highly recommend Joe Martin and the Safe Dry team for your terrazzo floor needs.”

“I thank my lucky stars I found Rodrigo Diaz everytime I look at my lanai. I searched and searched for someone to fill in blue stone quartzite that was very difficult to find and then create the pattern that would match the existing stone. Many contractors said they couldn't do it but Rodrigo took on the challenge. This job required precise calculation of the size, color and placement of the stone. Rodrigo is a smart and capable young man and did a great job!! We highly recommend this skilled young man and his crew.”
