“We just happened to come across the PMP crew working while walking in our neighborhood - their excellent work on that particular project is what prompted me to give them a call for our project (brick stairway replacement). Leo was very informative in answering our questions in our initial email exchanges, and he also made the effort on a Saturday - to suit our schedule - to come over to outline the project plan, provide a quote, and offer other options and alternatives. The team was able to schedule our stairway replacement during their busy Spring schedule - one that included other projects of a bigger scale. However, thoroughness and attention-to-detail was not overlooked, and not once did we feel that our project was a "lower priority". PMP reached out to schedule the start date, they showed up on time as promised, and completed the project in 2 days. No rushing, no cutting corners. The final result was better than imagined. Amazing craftsmanship and detail in all aspects of the brickwork, pointing, and design. The new stairs certainly enhance the "curb-appeal" at the front of the house, and the crew even went above-and-beyond by performing some needed touch-up work at the bottom of our front door. Clean-up was spectacular - like they were never there. The PMP crew have certainly earned their great reputation. Leo personally stopped over - not a phone call or text - to ensure the project was completed to a high standard and to make sure everything was completed to satisfaction. “Outstanding - I need to come back and add more photos because we are still landscaping around the project. This was huge: 2 patios, all with surrounding stone walls and granite capstone, along with massive irrigation for a water runoff issue, along with a big peastone lower level patio, and also a new front walk. This was all done painstakingly well with a mix of belgard pavers, granite and natural stone veneers over a huge custom formed concrete wall. These guys work incredibly hard, like 7 days a week all day into the evening, never seen anything like it!”

“We called Rob with Artcon to seal and epoxy our entire finished basement, back in August 2019 (sorry for the delay with our review Rob!). The job started with him and Gary coming out to patch and smooth our exposed concrete, seal and epoxy with a mix of 2 colors. The job started in May and was complete by August- we had to wait many days between the sealant and epoxy work as our basement is very cool which slowed the drying and due to other jobs Rob was committed to (Rob kept us informed the entire time, and was upfront about his other jobs, which we understood and appreciated). Rob was very communicative, honest and fairly priced. We greatly enjoyed working with him. The floor came out absolutely beautiful and everyone who sees it takes notice, its easy to clean and we absolutely love it!!! We did have one spot that didnt solidify well, so Rob came back out and repaired it and its solid. We plan on calling him for the downstairs bathroom, whenever that happens ;) we love our floor- we call it the nebula floor- and recommend Artcon for any concrete or epoxy floor work!”

“I am very happy with the new patio. We contacted a few other contractors to compare prices and Josh's price was significantly lower than another bid. The rest of the people we contacted never even called back. That was never an issue with Josh - he replied to every email and text almost immediately and kept us updated every step of the way and answered all questions and was professional at all times. The project was finished on time. He even used some extra material to build a small retaining wall at no extra cost - a good example of his stellar customer service!
