“Roy Melby just completed a very large project at our home. The job involved total demolition and removal of all existing materials, construction of new limestone walls and bluestone patio as well as all landscaping. We chose Roy because he specializes in natural stone. We started the construction in September and Roy worked over the winter whenever the weather allowed. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and can attest that Roy combines excellent craftsmanship with a truly artistic eye. Roy even incorporated a bench & fire pit area into a smaller wall that holds a millstone that was found on our property. I would highly recommend Roy and would be open to additional conversation than the review space allows.”

There were some unexpected items that they found in the cleanup, they called me to inquire before proceeding with the job. They were professional, courteous and timely.”

“We have hired Marcus for 3 jobs- repair of pool patio, installation of front Walkway with light pillar and most recently power wash and resanding of pool patio. He is by far the best contractor we have ever hired for any type of house project. HONEST, REASONABLE, PERSONAL! He personally supervised his teams (who are hard working and always professional) and also assists in the actual labor. For each job he truly goes above and beyond. “Carl and Guarco Construction Driveway Paving from Granby just removed and repaved our driveway and I cannot say enough about Carl, and Guarco Construction. The price, the communication, work ethic, professionalism and honesty was excellent. We are so pleased with the work. The driveway had drainage issues and it was not recognized by two other contractors that came out, Carl picked up on it right away, addressed it, and installed the new driveway taking this all into consideration and did a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Great work crew as well, all very experienced. Great job!”

“My wife and I built our house in 2015. We had some minor foundation cracks develop. Builder sent his concrete guy out to fill the first crack. Since then after multiple attempts to follow up no response on the other cracks. The other contractor did a very poor job with clean up but least no moisture coming in. After looking elsewhere for assistance and quotes on the remaining cracks, we were lucky enough to get in contact with Trevor who came in to assess for free and quoted/estimated timeframe for the job on the spot. His price was very reasonable and his work was second-to-none. He even cleaned up the previous contractors mess for us. Trevor was an ultimate pleasure to work with and so glad we have him around now for potential future work. Great guy. Weather permitting the job will get done right and super clean. Thanks Trev.”
