Majestic Pools & Spas

We chose Majestic Pools and Spas to design and build a "spool" in our backyard, as well as plan the landscape design, because of the contact we had with their designer, Alison Wellington-Toth. After an initial meeting with Alison, when I told her what we were looking for, she came up with a 3D design that was more beautiful than we could have envisioned. She really listened and totally understood what we wanted. It was perfect! As things moved along, she made a couple of small changes, only enhancing the original plan. She was the ultimate professional, going above and beyond what we had expected. She also acted as liaison with the contractor, making our job in the whole project, very easy. She was one of the most dependable people we have ever worked with. It was also great to work with someone who knows plants, so she was instrumental in helping us choose the right things for our yard as well. Majestic Pools was the perfect choice. The customer service, especially with James, Anne, Rob and Russ was outstanding. They did an incredible job executing Alison's design. Any questions or concerns we had were answered and taken care of in a timely manner. I don't think we could have made a better choice and recommend Alison and Majestic Pools without reservation.

Rob Romero and Majestic Pools and Spas earned 5 stars for designing and building our spa and pool this year. It is a very professional company that provides 3D modeling to help the customer understand exactly how the final product will look. The designer helped select the stone and finishes in their studio, and then we visited a half dozen recent installations nearby to validate our selections. We have had a couple warranty issues that were quickly resolved. We highly recommend Rob and his team for your new pool or renovation.

We spoke to 3 different pool companies (Majestic being one of them) before making up our mind and signing a contract. Jeremiah came over and we went over what we visioned our pool would look like. He was professional, very helpful, and created a design for us that was exactly what we wanted! He took our vision and presented us with an amazing 3D design. Rob Romero was on site from day one when we began our project. He made sure we knew about everything that was going on with the schedule. His team was always on time, organized, professional, and they made sure to clean up each day. Majestic provides wonderful customer service, great prices, and promise you quality work. We had a 40 year old in-ground swimming pool removed and a new pool built in a different location in our backyard. It was a total redesign of the space and the results are amazing! From start to finish, our experience with Majestic Pools & Spa was terrific. Rob Romero is easy to work with and truly listened to what we wanted in our backyard renovation. Our new pool is energy efficient and the workmanship is impeccable. Rob's work crew started on time, kept the work site clean and were attentive to our schedules and needs. Rob was very helpful in describing the different options available for our new pool yet we never felt pressured to spend more than our budget. Rob also made suggestions of other companies we might consider working with for our landscape/hardscape as well as safety fencing around the pool — we took his suggestions and we were not disappointed (Landscape Contractor: Rivers Landscaping. Safety Fencing: PoolSafe) With a project of this scope, we knew to expect hiccups along the way — and when a few issues came up, Rob immediately answered our phone calls and addressed the problems. We did extensive research before choosing Majestic Pools, including talking to references and going out to look at other pools they have done, and EVERYONE had high praise for Rob Romero and the crew at Majestic Pools. We couldn’t be happier with our new pool and the entire construction experience.

Russ and his contractors did a fantastic job on our pool. I set up a few pool companies for quotes and Russ was the most professional and his quote was the best of them all. I would recommend Majestic to anyone looking to put in a pool.

First off, I'm extremely pleased with Angie's List. We went with 8+ swimming pool quotes, but Majestic P&S reviews on Angie's list is what we eventually made our decision based on. Rob from Majestic showed a high level of professionalism from start to finish. He was prompt and thorough with all of his communication. Rob ensured we always knew what was going on and what to expect. I can't say enough at how pleased I was with the whole process. The job was true to the initial quote and there were no unexpected cost overages. I could go on and on, but I will stop. I would highly recommend Rob and Majestic Pool and Spa!! For Landscaping Rob also made a recommendation for River's Landscaping. And once again we are very pleased.

Andrew and Majestic built us the most beautiful backyard pool with everything that we asked for. He and his entire team were professional from start to finish. More importantly, he listened to what we wanted and helped us through the design process. His project management was impeccable and he truly has the best masons and professionals on the job.
