“Neuse Tile installed the backsplash in our kitchen. It was a fairly small job, but they still provided good customer service. They were helpful in the design phase, providing suggestions and working with us to get the look we wanted. On the day they installed the backsplash, they were punctual. The supervisor went over the plans with me to make sure it was installed the way we had planned. The 2 installers worked for about 6 hours straight to complete the job and were very considerate and respectful. We are very pleased with the quality of the work, it is complete, well finished and looks great.”

“Had a granite top installed in or bathroom. It was done by this company. We where very satisfied with the experience. The people are professional and very helpful in the process. The installation term where professional and did a great job. We had a small issue and the company corrected the problem fast and courteous. These guys are a 5 star ⭐ company.”

“Angela Sutton at Byrd Tile is a true professional. She is extremely knowledgable, very friendly and works hard to find exactly what I'm looking for at the best price and in a timely manner. I am an interior designer and have worked with Angela on several client projects, but this is my first time as a client myself. I'm currently renovating my house.
