“We hired Traci Kelley to draw up our house plans after considering doing it ourselves, realizing that we had gotten in over our heads. We are so glad that we went with her. I was very happy with her from the first meeting. She listened to what we wanted and gave her own input that ended up being far better than what I had imagined and thought of things that I had not considered. Her expertise was greatly appreciated. I got absolutely everything I wanted and more without any costly back and forth, we did some minor changes to the very first draft and that was it. The finished plans are amazing, we can't wait to see our house built.”

“We needed a pavilion to go alongside our new pool. I reached out to Kyle with a basic description of what we needed and he was able to quickly provide an initial plan. I gave feedback on what we wanted changed--basically have it be more modern than traditional--and within a couple days, he came up with a really impressive design that met all our needs!! The plan detailed all of the material specifications and hardware. I realized I needed to add an existing deck to the plan and Kyle offered to do that for free! For a small fee, he also provided takeoffs that let me know exactly the amount of material I needed. For the build, I feel much better about going with a contractor that I haven't worked with before because I know everything they need is in the plan, and I can even inspect their work myself based on the plan! I highly recommend Kyle and would definitely go with him the next time I need to build anything! I'll post pictures when the build is done.”

“C&H was a game-changer for our large and complex remodel. Professional and responsive doesn’t even begin to describe the level of service and care you get as their client. They brought fresh ideas to the table, pivoted on a dime when needed, and really helped tie all of our contractors together (construction, architect, etc) even though that wasn’t even their core job. Our house is so much better because of C&H, and we’d recommend them in a heartbeat — and have many times!”

“From start to finish, Desiree handled my every need when selecting a new sofa. She was very thorough in explaining every part of the process from customizing the sofa to fabric selection to keeping me updated after the order had been placed and all the way through to delivery. She made every effort to understand all of my needs when selecting the type of sofa and gave me wonderful and professional advice. She even offered on mulitple occasions to come out to the house if that is what we needed to help make decisions about the sofa. Not only do we love the new sofa, but I'm even more pleased with my choice to use Black and White Interiors and was very fortunate to work with Desiree. “Scott Ginder and his team at Forge Craft are fantastic Architects! There are many firms that design beautiful buildings, but few understand how to design for comfort, efficiency, and durability. “We hired Janet to help us design our home on Lake Travis. She was an absolute delight to work with throughout the entire process. I am one of those clients that has a very specific idea of what I want. And Janet is one of those designers that actually listens to what the client has in mind, and then helps them make it even better. She wan't creating her idea of our perfect home, she was helping us create our vision for our home. She was timely and professional, but also has a great sense of humor. Probbably the only negative thing anyone could say about her is that she is a work-a-holic...because she truly loves what she does! Would I hire her again? Absolutely! When a remodeling project recently came up she was the first person that I called. I would recommend her again and again.”
