Working with the Face 2 Face consultant gave me confidence in the selection process..everything from what type of window covering to fabric choices. Everything was shipped in a timely manner and well-packaged. The easy to follow instructions included in the packaging were very helpful. The curtains and blinds are custom made to fit the windows in my home and are very well constructed. “We ordered our custom shutters from Rockwood Shutters through Home Depot. They came out and did an initial measurement for a quote and then once we decided to pull the trigger they came back for a more precise measurement by the person who would be doing the installation. Measuring for plantation shutters isn't easy and they're not an inexpensive option so this was something we wanted to leave to the pros. They were great and I'd definitely recommend them. Extremely knowledgeable about the product and super friendly. Not only were they great with the install and product but they were just genuinely nice people which to me is very important when someone is in your home. Would definitely use them again.”

“Linda was very helpful and went beyond what a customer would expect for assistance with blinds. She brought white curtains with small tension rods (did not mark my newly painted widow wood) to protect me my privacy until the blinds arrived. She was personable and caring. I really needed her reassurances with changes happening in my life. I appreciated her genuine help with all my needs. Gentleman who put up blinds took off shoes and adjusted each blind as I critiqued the placement. thank you”

“I researched drapery workrooms in the Cypress area, and several came up. Originally, I was attracted to Katy Drapery Co. because the contact person advised me that their schedule was full and he could not take on more work at the time. So? This guy was willing to give up business to satisfy the deadlines of his current customers? Excellent! Months later, I finally settled on a fabric and finalized my plans. Katy Drapery was the source I called. Jason was easy to talk to, energetic, and knowledgeable. He asked questions for clarification on several details, and made sketches to confirm. When the job was completed, I dropped by (very easy to get to on the new Grand Parkway) to pick up my new things, and I was delighted to meet the pros in the back room, the hands-on guys who make it happen. They were rightfully proud of their product. I certainly feel I got my money's worth! They made my dream come true!”
