“I researched drapery workrooms in the Cypress area, and several came up. Originally, I was attracted to Katy Drapery Co. because the contact person advised me that their schedule was full and he could not take on more work at the time. So? This guy was willing to give up business to satisfy the deadlines of his current customers? Excellent! Months later, I finally settled on a fabric and finalized my plans. Katy Drapery was the source I called. Jason was easy to talk to, energetic, and knowledgeable. He asked questions for clarification on several details, and made sketches to confirm. When the job was completed, I dropped by (very easy to get to on the new Grand Parkway) to pick up my new things, and I was delighted to meet the pros in the back room, the hands-on guys who make it happen. They were rightfully proud of their product. I certainly feel I got my money's worth! They made my dream come true!”

“We had a wonderful experience with these folks! We ordered blinds for our farmhouse and they are so beautiful! Kristin and Brian were extremely knowledgeable in their product and never put pressure on us to buy. They even called back after the initial consultation when a new vendor had a better price and came back over to show us samples of the new product. The order time was short and installation was easy. We would recommend them to everyone and will use them again in the future!”

“Funny thing, I recently destroyed a very large window blind... I accidentally removed the support devices thinking they were unsightly... and voila... they completely fell down. LOL!! I called budget blinds of cypress because they are locally owned and operated, and spoke with Shana. She sent Zach Pruitt to my rescue and I want to personally review their services! EXCELLENT !! He was thorough and considerate of our situation and did his best to see if there was any hope to re-use our fallen blinds. Nope. So his technical, handy-man visit quickly became a sales opportunity. He expertly educated us on blind manufacturers, selected the best one for our huge window and assured us Budget Blinds of Cypress stands behind their work. We had a new blind ordered, built and installed within 10 days! Zach came back out to install and was even thoughtful to consistently removed his boots each time he came into our home. EXCELLENT.
